Consultation about the healthcare East/South Europe

For our SW healthcare project we are looking for people, who are able to talk to us about healthcare and medical reports. We are looking now for people from East&South European countries (living there or who have lived there for a long time). Our project is based in the Czech Republic and we need to get some insights about the healthcare topics in nearby countries. You don´t need to be specialist in the field of healthcare, we only need people who have experience with the healthcare system in those countries and could answer our questions about the system of healthcare specifically related to medical reports (papers that patients receive from the doctors). It would be necessary to share with us your (your family etc.) doctor´s report (anonymized) and answer a few questions. In the initial stage, we are offering the candidates a reward of €15 for sharing your medical report with us and answering our question in a Google Meet call for up to one hour (in most cases it will last no more than 20 minutes though). Later we would approach selected candidates with an offer of additional consulting cooperation, related to some deeper information about the topic. Re-create / fix white shine in "W" logo PHOTOSHOP/ILLUSTRATOR

Please see attached, we have a Photoshop file that has our "W" logo on it. (screenshot 1) However the effect has 'screen' a photoshop element, (screenshot 2) but when you export a PNG of course it doesn't take that element with it. So we can't use it over the top of dark and light video backgrounds on socials, when I remove the backgrounds, the 'screen' doesn't work, so you can see the black bits behind it. However, I can edit the layer individually when it opens in illustrator (screenshot 3), but when I edit the black colour and make it 0% opacicty to get rid of it, it still doesn't look right! And ruins the effect we currently have. I need the shine looking EXACTLY the same as it does in photoshop but it needs to able to be saved as a PNG and used in other assets. Not sure if it can be edited (I tried and failed) or if it has to be recreated somehow. But has to look the same. Please ask questions if unsure, need fast turn around, thanks!

Hi. I was wondering if anyone may be able to help? I am far from tech savvy, to say the least(!) and am looking for someone to basically get my book up and running. I have no idea as to file formatting for upload, or accompanying text with artwork. My previous hardback book - the forerunner to this sequel, was set up by a hybrid publisher, which I want to get out of their hands, as I don't now believe they are a reputable company. This was mainly due to Amazon not producing hardback anything under 75 pages, while this is a mere 36 pages. So basically, I am looking for someone to place the text with the already created illustrations, (which were kindly produced by someone from PPH,) and set the paperback and Kindle versions up with Amazon...and the same, plus hardback, with IngramSpark.
