Project I am an experienced UK estate agent developing a new property-selling platform giving homeowners more flexibility over how much estate-agent help they want. Instead of traditional percentage commission, sellers choose a monthly marketing package and can add individual services when required. Core message: Sell your property your way. No percentage commission. Choose the level of help you need. I need an experienced web designer/developer to design and build the MVP. This is intended to be a functional property platform, not a brochure website. Seller Signup: Sellers should be able to select a package, create an account, enter personal/property details, upload photos/documents, select additional services, pay and submit their property. Property Listings: Individual professional property pages with photos, price, bedrooms/bathrooms, property type, features, description, floorplan, EPC, location and buyer enquiry CTA. The main CTA should be “Enquire about this property” rather than displaying the vendor's contact details. Buyer Enquiries: Buyers should submit name, email, telephone, message, preferred viewing time, buyer position, property and enquiry date/time. Enquiries should initially come to the business/platform. Vendor contact details must remain private, with leads then passed to the vendor. CRM I currently use Loop CRM within my existing estate agency. Please recommend the best integration approach, potentially using API/webhooks. Possible workflow: Website enquiry → Loop CRM → Internal record → Vendor notification I would prefer not to introduce another CRM unnecessarily. I have a furniture photo-editing project that requires careful attention to detail and accuracy. The task is to replace the existing chairs in outdoor garden dining-set photographs with one specific teak chair design that I will provide as a reference. The requirements are very important: Every replacement chair must match the reference design accurately, including the frame, legs, armrests, proportions and wooden finish. The chair backs have a specific criss-cross lattice design. The wooden strips must form a flat, flush surface, not overlap or appear layered. The seat bases must have a slight ergonomic curve, exactly as shown in the reference photographs. They must not be flat. The armrests must be properly shaped, symmetrical and structurally realistic. The original tables must remain exactly the same, including their shapes, sizes, legs and positions. The original background, lighting, decorations, camera angle and overall composition must remain unchanged. The final images must look natural, realistic and professionally edited, without visible AI-generated mistakes. Before we proceed with the full project, I would like to start with one sample image. AI animator to bring storyboards to life for an animated series

I am making an animated web series and I need someone to turn finished storyboard frames into moving shots using AI video tools. THE WORK Every scene is storyboarded shot for shot and the imagery is already final. You take those stills and the recorded dialogue, animate each shot with tools like Veo 3 or Grok, tidy the lip sync against the audio as far as the tools allow, and flag any line where the performance will not hold up so I can get it redubbed. You send the scene back to me as a draft. HOW WE WORK Everything lives in Dropbox. You pull the scene folder and drop your renders back in the same place. I cut in Premiere Pro and the rest of the Adobe suite, so I want clean MP4s per shot or per scene at the frame rate and resolution in the folder, with no titles or effects burnt in. THE SCALE The series runs to six or seven hours of finished content, so this is months of work and thousands of pounds over the run. It is an independent production on a tight budget and I am not going to pretend otherwise. What comes with it is a proper credit, a steady body of work and a show that is genuinely creative rather than corporate filler. THE MONEY The hourly rate on this post is a placeholder. In practice we agree a fixed budget for each piece of work once we are talking, so you always know what you are being paid for a batch before you start it. HOW IT GOES 1. A video call, so we can talk it through properly. 2. A short test: an MP4 with still frames in it, which you send back with those frames animated. 3. We’re a UK-based company developing a website and digital platform specifically for radio stations, and we're looking for a talented web/UI designer to create five completely original, modern website themes for the platform. This project is design only – no development/coding is required. We want to create a collection of genuinely impressive website themes that radio stations can choose from and fully customise within our platform. We don't want five variations of the same template. Each theme should have its own distinctive visual identity, layout and style, while still being practical enough to work as a real radio station website. Business Card (2 Layout Concepts Total) All business card designs must include front and back layouts, 3mm (0.125 in) bleeds, trim marks, and be delivered in both print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 DPI) and editable open Adobe Illustrator (.AI) files (both live-font and outlined-text versions). • Standard Size (85 x 55 mm / 3.5" x 2"): o Concept 01- Front: Remarkable and innovative modern design o Concept 01 - Back: Design concept is ready in PDF Freelancer Requirements • Expert-level Adobe Illustrator vectorization skills. • Deep understanding of print prepress (CMYK color separation, bleed margins, safe zones). • Organized file delivery (proper naming conventions and grouped layers). • Please share portfolio links demonstrating vector redrawing and corporate identity/business card designs. Term and Agreement • All work remains confidential and it is not allowed to publish any work as profile reference or in any portfolio • Deliver the first couple of BC options in 2 days max. • One day to deliver the whole projects files after approving the BC design.
