Build a designed landing page and integrate it in my website

I’m looking for an experienced web developer to turn an existing, fully designed landing page into a live, responsive webpage and integrate it into my existing website - www.untyingtheknots.ie Please note I have put in a fee for this work through a structure that has been devised by PPH - I would like to receive fair offers. The page is for my online sleep programme: BACK TO SLEEP A 4-week online programme for women who wake during the night and struggle to get back to sleep. The design, copy, page structure, colours and typography have already been created. I am not looking for someone to redesign the page. I will provide: - The complete page design/screenshots - Final copy for all sections - Font specifications - Colour/DAX/HEX codes - Images/assets - Logo/branding where required - Any other files needed What I need you to do 1. Review the supplied design and reproduce it accurately as a live webpage. 2. Integrate the new landing page into my existing website. 3. Make the page fully responsive for: - Desktop - Tablet - Mobile 4. Preserve the typography, spacing, colours, hierarchy and overall visual appearance of the supplied design. 5. Add working buttons/links, including the booking/payment CTA. 6. Ensure the page loads correctly and looks professional across current browsers. 7. Make sure the page is easy for me to update later if I need to change dates, pricing or wording. 8. Carry out final testing before handover. Important The design is already done. I do not want a new design or a template chosen for me. Accuracy to the supplied design is important. I would also like the developer to first confirm what platform/website setup my existing site is using and explain how the new page will be integrated before making changes. Payment I intend to use a PayPal payment link/checkout for the course initially. I will provide the final payment link when ready.

2 Landing Pages for PPC Advertising

Two PPC landing pages for UK financial services I’m looking for a designer/developer to create two simple, high-converting landing pages for PPC campaigns: - Equity Release - Adverse Credit Remortgages I have an existing landing page from another business that I would like to use as a reference, particularly the overall structure and flow of its data-capture form. The intention is not to copy the site, but to create something similarly simple and effective. The aim is deliberately minimalist: reassure visitors, provide enough information for them to understand the service, and then quickly and efficiently collect their details for us to contact them. I can provide the core copy and regulatory wording, although input on presentation, structure and conversion-focused wording would be welcome. Both pages should: - Be fully responsive and designed primarily with mobile PPC traffic in mind. - Include a simple/multi-step lead capture form. - Be fast-loading and lightweight. - Allow Google Ads/GA4 conversion tracking to be added. - Use our existing company branding. - Include the appropriate regulatory/privacy/footer areas. - Be easy for us to amend in future. The landing pages should be hosted independently of our existing website, ideally on a subdomain of our current company domain, with the subdomain pointed via DNS to the new hosting provider. This will be arranged with our existing website provider, although the final hosting arrangement has not yet been confirmed. Experience creating websites or landing pages for UK FCA-regulated financial-services firms is strongly preferred. Please include examples of relevant work if available. We will retain responsibility for approving all regulated financial-services copy and claims. Please quote a fixed price for both pages and indicate what hosting solution/technology you would recommend. Budget is indicative and I’m open to sensible proposals based on relevant experience and the recommended technical/hosting approach.
