My initial development budget is approximately £1,000 per month, and I anticipate ongoing freelance development work over 6+ months, subject to progress and agreed milestones. The scope of each milestone will therefore need to be realistic and agreed in advance. What I Will Provide I will provide the educational and product expertise, including: UK primary curriculum knowledge Educational content Questions and answers Video content Product direction User testing Access to an existing audience for beta testing I am looking for a developer who can complement this with the technical expertise required to turn the concept into a scalable web application. When Applying Please include: A brief introduction and where in the UK you are based. Your experience developing SaaS, EdTech or similar web applications. Any challenges you can already identify with the proposed product. Please avoid generic proposals. I am particularly interested in understanding how you would approach this specific project. I am looking for a freelance developer who is available for ongoing development work over 6+ months, with the platform developed incrementally through agreed milestones.

Link Google ads conversions to Salesforce
We are currently using a small number of conversions on Google ads (website contact form submissions and phone number clicks primarily) and are wanting to link our CRM system with Google ads to provide qualified on and offline conversions back into Google to register as a conversion and use the data for the algorithm learning. The two conversions previously mentioned are set up as primary conversions and we’re wanting to link up and start utilising a Salesforce action initially as a secondary conversion. After a period of monitoring and data gathering switch this over to a primary conversion to allow google to start optimising for this Salesforce action within our google ads account. We therefore need an individual who is experienced in Google Data Manager and has previous expertise at integrating CRMs into Google Ads. The scope of the work should be: An initial consultation meeting where myself and the sales director can fully explain the goals and show the current Salesforce infrastructure Followed by an implementation where we make any necessary Salesforce tweaks required to map leads correctly whilst you ensure the data is being correctly grabbed and stored within the google ads side. Subsequent troubleshooting throughout a pilot study where we are only using this as secondary conversion until we are confident in data accuracy. We're attaching a proposed strategy for this period. Please reply with anything you feel is being overlooked or you will need from us to ensure this initial consultancy meeting is as in depth as possible.

Hello, We are a French karate club, Karaté Veckring, and we are currently looking to redesign our club logo. We already have a fairly clear brief, but we are also looking for a designer who can bring creative ideas and original proposals, rather than simply executing our instructions. Before placing an order, could you please confirm how you work? We are specifically looking for a “concept first” approach: we would like to see initial logo proposals before committing to the final design, with payment released only if we are satisfied and decide to proceed. Our main ideas for the logo are: The letters K and V, ideally intertwined Karate identity, possibly with male and female karateka silhouettes Our club colour is burgundy Subtle reference to France (blue, white and red) Possibility of subtly integrating the Cross of Lorraine with japan style Modern, dynamic and professional design The logo must work well on clothing, social media, posters and printed materials We are completely open to your own creative interpretation. Could you also tell us how many initial concepts you would propose before we make our final choice? Thank you, Karaté Veckring – France

22 days ago35 proposalsRemoteThe Mersey Water Boys
I have adapted my narrative poem 'The Mersey Water Boys' to song lyrics. The piece set initially in 1969 and tells of two scousers working on a sewage farm which they accidentally set on fire. This initiates Greek God vengence and revenge by the pollution of the uk water system. In a fully abstract, artistic video that pulls viewers into a an initially optimistic mood and then darkens then into chaotic pollution and shareholders greed. The concept hinges on bold, vibrant colour work (1960s, reds oranges to darker 1970s browns purples) muted tones and unmistakably surreal imagery—think floating shapes, impossible landscapes. The finished piece should run roughly the length of the song (about four and a half minutes) and flow rhythmically with the beat. I’m open to how you realise the visuals. Key words, phrases from the lyrics could be effective as the lyrics are central. Maybe mixing the sound track in a vibrating guitar string like or jagged sound track shape. The track has a male and female lead singers with a chorus. Audio will be supplied in WAV; you handle everything visual, including any motion graphics, compositing, colour grading, and subtle effects sync. Deliverables • Final video in 4K MP4 (and a 1080p down-res). • A 30-second teaser cut suitable for social media. • Project/source files so I can archive or commission future edits. Once we agree on a direction and cost I’ll share the song, a rough beat-synced storyboard, and reference images to guide the mood. Looking forward to collaborating on something visually unforgettable.

22 days ago8 proposalsRemoteOutreach VA: Research & Build Relationships for Housing Provider
About us SoCal Community Homes is a supportive housing provider in Riverside County, California. We operate furnished shared homes for veterans, seniors, adults on SSI or SSDI, and people reentering the community after incarceration. We are small, we are growing, and we treat the people who work with us as part of the team. About the role We are building a network of referral partners: case managers, social workers, housing navigators, and program supervisors at county agencies, veteran organizations, shelters, reentry programs, and nonprofits across Riverside County. These are the professionals who place clients into housing. When they know us, they call us. You will do both halves of this work. First you find these people. Then you reach out, introduce us, and build enough trust that they agree to a 30 minute meeting. This is not sales. There is no product, no price, no close. Their hardest problem is finding a safe, available bed for a client who is ready to move. We have beds. That is the whole conversation, and most of them will be glad you called. Research: Build a verified contact list of 200 referral partners across Riverside County. For each one: full name, job title, organization, direct email, direct phone, city, and organization type. Named individuals only. General info inboxes and switchboard numbers do not count. Spread contacts across organizations rather than concentrating on any single agency. A list of cities will be provided Outreach: Send personalized introduction emails using our templates. Make friendly follow up calls to confirm you have the right person and invite them to a meeting. Book confirmed meetings on our calendar and send reminders. Log every call, email, and outcome in a shared tracker. Follow up on a set schedule so nothing goes cold. Keep relationships warm with periodic check ins on bed availability. Continue adding new contacts to the list as you discover them. What success looks like In your first XX days: a clean verified contact list, consistent weekly outreach across it, a steady flow of booked meetings, and a handful of agencies who recognize our name and reply when you write. We will set weekly targets together after training. What we need Excellent spoken English with a clear, warm, unscripted phone presence. You will speak with government employees and licensed social workers, so patience and clarity matter far more than speed. Error free written English that does not read like a mass template. Strong online research skills. You should be comfortable digging through organization websites, staff directories, LinkedIn, and public county listings to find a named person and a direct line rather than settling for a general contact form. At least one year in appointment setting, B2B outreach, lead research, client relations, intake, or similar work. Experience with US organizations is strongly preferred. Headset, computer, quiet workspace, reliable internet, comfort with Google Sheets, Gmail, and Calendar. Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement. You will handle professional contact information only, never resident information. Terms This is a long term role and we expect hours to grow as the network grows. Keeping other clients is fine as long as your calling blocks are protected. How to apply Subject line: Outreach VA + [your city] + VILLAGE Answer in your own words: Describe a time you contacted an organization and had to find the right person to speak with. What did you actually say? And why would a social worker want to hear from a housing provider? Attach a 30 to 60 second voice recording introducing yourself and explaining why a case manager should consider our housing for a client. A phone recording is fine. We want to hear how you sound and how you think.

22 days ago26 proposalsRemoteVideo Editor Needed for Weekly Vlog Series
Job Description: We're looking for a reliable video editor to join our team on a long-term, ongoing basis for a weekly vlog series. This is steady, recurring work, not a one-off project. We already have a great editor at this price who been with us long term but are looking to scale the content out a bit faster with the help of a new partner. The role: You'll receive raw footage from up to 4 different cameras per vlog (phones and action cam), organized and named so it's easy to follow the correct order. You'll cut it into a polished, engaging vlog following our style and instructions. Our workflow: 1. All organized footage is placed in a shared folder 2. Editor downloads all footage and sends a first draft with NO EDITS just raw footage in chronological order (only takes a few min) 3. We send over clear editing instructions including music selection and cuts (basic things like cut dead space, captions, occasional overlay or sound effect) 4. Editor creates the second draft and sends over 5. We send over final edit instructions and review 3rd draft 6. Editor exports final project in 4k Pay: $15 per completed vlog, flat rate. This is paid per video, not per hour, so faster and more efficient editors naturally earn more per hour worked. We increase this rate over time based on speed, communication, reliability, and edit quality.

About the role I’m looking for a LinkedIn Ghostwriter and Personal Brand Content Strategist to help build my presence on LinkedIn as the founder of a UK-based data and AI consultancy. Create a structured LinkedIn content plan. Write approximately 2 high-quality LinkedIn posts per week. Develop a consistent writing style and tone that sounds like me. Suggest strong hooks and angles for posts. Balance educational content, opinions, founder experiences and commercial insight. I want to see whether you can identify the interesting idea behind what I am saying and turn it into content that sounds natural and credible. Ongoing engagement If we work well together, I am looking for an ongoing relationship rather than a one-off project. The objective is to build a strong founder-led LinkedIn presence over the long term, with consistent content that generates conversations, relationships and ultimately opportunities for the business.

The company provides solutions that help brands create engaging and memorable customer experiences in physical commercial spaces. I am making short 2-tone videos between 3-15 minutes long. I want to know how much it would cost me for me to send a 5, 10 or 15 minute video, and have it pixelated? I want to simulate a transmission coming through from outer space - not VERY pixelated, but occasionally - as if there is a bit of interference. If this is a simple job, I will want a lot done. If not - I’m afraid I can’t afford it. Hence, c£15 per film. Can you help? Thanks for your consideration

SIARR BLACK FRIDAY — “THE SHIPMENT” Length: 25–30 seconds Format: Vertical 9:16 Style: Cinematic, realistic, premium, mysterious Important: No people or faces shown at any point. Hands may be shown when interacting with the phone if required. SCENE 1 — THE WHATSAPP MESSAGE Duration: 0–6 seconds Visual: Close-up of a smartphone being taken out. WhatsApp opens to a conversation saved as “Supplier”. The message is typed naturally, letter by letter: SIARR: “Hi, where is our Black Friday shipment? When can we expect delivery?” Pause. The WhatsApp typing indicator appears. Supplier replies: SUPPLIER: “Hi, the container is due to arrive on Friday 20th November.” SIARR responds: SIARR: “Perfect, thank you.” Audio: Quiet cinematic background music begins. Realistic phone typing and WhatsApp notification sounds. As the supplier's response arrives, the music starts to build. SCENE 2 — THE PORT Duration: 6–12 seconds Transition: As soon as “Friday 20th November” appears, hard cut to black. Deep cinematic impact sound. Visual: Wide cinematic shot of a large UK shipping port at dawn or dusk. Rows of shipping containers and huge industrial cranes. A crane is lowering a black shipping container prominently branded with the white SIARR logo. Close-up of the SIARR logo on the side of the container. The container is slowly lowered onto the back of a waiting articulated lorry. Everything should look photorealistic and expensive, like a major brand campaign. Audio: Deep industrial port sounds. Crane machinery. Container locking into position with a heavy metallic CLUNK. Music continues building. SCENE 3 — THE IMESSAGE Duration: 12–16 seconds Visual: Cut back to close-up of the smartphone. An iMessage notification appears: DELIVERY COMPANY: “Hi SIARR, your container will be delivered on Friday. Can you accept delivery then?” The reply is typed: SIARR: “Yes.” Message sends. Immediately cut away. SCENE 4 — THE ARRIVAL Duration: 16–22 seconds Visual: Cinematic exterior shot of the SIARR warehouse. The articulated lorry carrying the SIARR-branded black container slowly approaches the warehouse. Low camera angle. Close-up of the wheels moving. Cut to the SIARR logo on the container. The vehicle comes to a stop. Music continues building toward the reveal. SCENE 5 — CONTAINER REVEAL Duration: 22–27 seconds Visual: Camera positioned directly behind the container. The container doors slowly swing open. No person is visible opening them. Inside, the container is completely packed with stacked cardboard boxes. The camera slowly pushes toward the boxes. Every box carries SIARR branding. The most prominent boxes clearly read: SIARR BLACK FRIDAY EVENT 23/11 — 8PM Hold on this image. Music reaches its peak. FINAL SHOT Duration: 27–30 seconds Cut to black. Large clean white text appears: THE SHIPMENT HAS ARRIVED. Brief pause. Then: SIARR BLACK FRIDAY 23/11 — 8PM DON'T MISS IT. SIARR logo appears underneath. End with a deep cinematic impact sound. AI VIDEO DIRECTION The entire advert should feel photorealistic, cinematic and premium, not obviously AI-generated. Use dark blacks, industrial greys, dramatic lighting and strong contrast to complement the SIARR branding. The shipping container should remain visually consistent throughout every scene: the same black container with the same white SIARR logo. The warehouse, lorry, container and boxes should look realistic and appropriately scaled. Do not show any people or faces. The pacing should start slowly and mysteriously, then progressively increase as the container gets closer to the warehouse. The big reveal is the writing on the boxes, so avoid mentioning the event date prominently before the container doors open. The audience should initially wonder: “What has SIARR ordered?” The answer is revealed in the final few seconds: SIARR BLACK FRIDAY EVENT — 23/11 — 8PM Please show me examples of previous AI video, do not message if you have not created similar style videos previously. We can discuss price once project details are confirmed.
