Shorts editor
Video Editor — Editing Style & Ongoing Content Brief I’m looking for a video editor to work with on an ongoing basis, primarily creating short-form content for social media. I’ve included the Instagram page below as a reference for the editing style I’m looking for: Reference: Instagram — @metromedia.house What I particularly like about their content is the overall editing style, pacing, transitions, visual effects, colour grading, text animation, sound design, and polished feel. I’m looking for someone who can replicate that overall style as closely as possible rather than simply creating a generic “Reels/TikTok” edit. The main adaptation The one major difference is that I want to incorporate a talking-head video in the corner of the screen throughout the content. The primary footage/content would remain the focus, with my talking head appearing as a secondary element — positioned and styled in a way that feels natural within the reference editing style. I’d want the talking-head element to be integrated into the edit rather than simply looking like a webcam overlay. Things such as framing, masking, borders, shadows, movement, positioning and transitions should all feel intentional and consistent with the overall visual style. What I’m looking for Ideally, you would be comfortable with: * Fast-paced, engaging short-form editing * Replicating the reference page’s overall editing language * Dynamic cuts and transitions * Motion graphics and animated text * Clean typography and on-screen captions * Strong sound design and music selection * Professional colour grading * Subtle visual effects where appropriate * Zooms, punch-ins and movement to maintain attention * Integrating a talking-head element into the composition * Creating edits that feel polished and premium rather than templated Content volume I’m looking to publish approximately 3–4 videos per week, so I’m interested in building an ongoing working relationship with the right editor rather than hiring for a one-off project. Consistency is important to me, so once we establish the visual style, I’d want that style carried across every video. What I’d like to know from you Before moving forward, I’d like to know: 1. Is this style something you’re capable of replicating? 2. How closely can you match the editing, pacing, colour grading, transitions, text animation and overall visual style of the reference? 3. Are you comfortable incorporating a talking head in the corner while maintaining the same polished aesthetic? 4. Can you provide examples of similar work you’ve done? 5. What would your pricing look like for 3–4 videos per week? 6. What would your typical turnaround time be? 7. Would you be comfortable doing an initial test edit so I can see how closely you can match the reference? The most important thing for me is quality and consistency. I’m not necessarily looking for the cheapest editor — I’m looking for someone who can genuinely achieve the visual standard I’m after and become a reliable long-term editing partner.

12 days ago20 proposalsRemotePublishing and marketing my non-fiction book
I am looking for an experienced Amazon KDP publishing and book launch specialist to professionally publish and launch my new nonfiction book. I am a well established UK alcohol control coach with an existing social media audience, and the book is written specifically for midlife women who are struggling with their relationship with alcohol. The manuscript is currently being completed and will be supplied in Word format. I need support with the complete publishing process, including professional formatting for Kindle and paperback, KDP setup and upload, Amazon keyword and category research, optimised book description and metadata, proofing of the final formatted editions, and guidance on pricing and launch strategy. The launch strategy is particularly important to me. I already have an established warm audience in the book's target market, and I want to use that audience strategically during launch to give the book the strongest legitimate opportunity of achieving a high Amazon ranking, ideally reaching #1 in an appropriate and relevant Amazon category. I would also like advice on the best timing and structure for the launch, including Kindle versus paperback, pre-launch activity, reviews, Amazon Author Central and anything else you believe would materially improve the book's launch and long-term discoverability.
12 days ago3 proposalsRemoteTemu Expert Required, Full Shop Setup, Shopify Sync + Compliance
We are an established UK sign manufacturer looking for an experienced Temu marketplace specialist to fully set up and optimise our Temu shop to an expert level. We manufacture and sell personalised house signs, address plaques and related products. A large part of our range also includes house signs with small solar-powered lights. Our Temu seller account is already open and Shopify is connected, but we now need somebody with genuine Temu experience to take ownership of the setup and get the entire shop working properly. What We Need Shopify → Temu Product Sync We need our products correctly synced from Shopify into Temu. The automatic Temu/Shopify listing process is not producing listings to the standard we require. Product information does not always transfer particularly well, so many listings will need to be manually reviewed and improved. This will include: Product titles Descriptions Bullet points / key features Variations and options Product attributes Categories Images Pricing Stock/inventory syncing General listing quality and optimisation We have a substantial product catalogue, so we need somebody comfortable working efficiently across a large number of listings. Solar Light Products & Temu Compliance This is particularly important. Many of our house signs incorporate a small solar-powered LED light. Temu is requesting certification/compliance documentation before allowing some of these products to be listed. We can obtain the necessary certification and documentation from our suppliers/manufacturers, but we need someone who understands Temu compliance requirements and can tell us exactly what documentation, certificates, test reports or declarations Temu requires for these products. We do not want to spend time and money obtaining unnecessary or incorrect certification. Therefore, applicants should ideally have previous experience dealing with Temu product compliance, electrical/solar products, certification requests and rejected/inactive listings. Complete Temu Shop Setup Ultimately, we want somebody to take responsibility for getting the entire Temu shop set up professionally and to an expert standard. This includes checking and configuring all relevant areas of the account, including: Product listings Shopify integration Inventory synchronisation Product categories and attributes Shipping and delivery settings Returns settings Compliance requirements Product approvals Pricing Shop configuration Any other settings required to operate successfully on Temu Who We Are Looking For We are not looking for a general Shopify freelancer who has never properly managed Temu. We specifically want somebody with genuine experience of Temu Seller Centre and setting up/managing Temu shops. When applying, please explain your previous Temu experience, particularly: Temu shops/accounts you have previously set up or managed. Your experience syncing Shopify products with Temu. Your experience manually improving listings after automatic product imports. Your experience dealing with Temu certification and product compliance. Whether you have dealt specifically with solar-powered or small electrical products. Whether you can manage the project from start to finish rather than simply advising us what to do. The end goal is straightforward: we want our complete product range correctly synced, professionally presented, compliant and live on Temu, with the entire shop configured properly and ready to operate.

B2B Telemarketing – Event Sponsor Lead Generation
ABOUT US Cyber Risk International (CRI.ie) is Platinum Sponsor of the European Digital Governance Summit (EDGS), hosted by the ICTTF.org International Cyber Threat Task Force at the Mansion House, Dublin on 25 November 2026 (digitalgovernance.eu). It is a one-day, invitation-led summit for senior leaders of organisations regulated under DORA and NIS2 — boards and management bodies, no sales pitches from the stage. We need an experienced B2B telemarketer or small agency to identify and qualify companies interested in sponsoring or partnering with the summit, and pass warm leads to our events manager. A limited number of sponsor and partner slots are available, so this campaign needs to start immediately and move quickly. THE WORK We supply a target list of companies — cybersecurity, GRC, legal, consulting and technology vendors that serve the financial services and regulated sectors. The list contains company names only; no contacts, emails or phone numbers. You build the contact list, identifying and reaching the right person at each company — typically the Head of Marketing, Events Manager, Partnerships or Business Development lead. Your job is to qualify interest, not close. When a company is interested, you email them the sponsor brochure from an ICTTF email address we provide, copying in our events manager, who follows up to arrange a call and take the sales conversation forward. Where a call doesn't connect, follow-up emails using our templates are fine. Success metric: number of qualified, interested companies who have received the brochure with our events manager copied in, plus a clean contact list handed back to us at the end. WHAT WE PROVIDE Target company list, sponsor brochure / partner prospectus, call brief and talking points, one-page summit overview, an ICTTF email address, email templates, and a weekly check-in. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Proven B2B telemarketing / lead-generation experience, ideally selling into or on behalf of the cybersecurity, technology or events sector. - Comfortable reaching marketing and partnership decision-makers and getting past gatekeepers. - Fluent, native-level English with a clear, professional telephone manner. Experience calling into the Irish and UK markets is strongly preferred. - Able to work Irish/UK business hours (GMT/IST). - Familiarity with the cybersecurity or financial services sector is a strong advantage but not essential — we will brief you fully. - Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and clean, structured reporting. - GDPR-aware: contact sourcing and outreach must comply with GDPR and applicable e-privacy rules for B2B contact. Please describe in your proposal how you source contacts and stay compliant. REPORTING Weekly report in a shared spreadsheet or CRM: contacts identified, calls made, outcomes, brochures sent, follow-ups scheduled. All contact data gathered during the project belongs to CRI/ICTTF and is handed over in full on completion. COMMERCIALS We want to price this on output, not time. Please quote a fixed price for a batch of 100 target companies. - A "target" is one named decision-maker (marketing, events, partnerships or business development) at a company on our list. Building the named contact list from our company list is included in the batch price. - A target counts as "worked" once you have made a minimum of three call attempts on different days, plus one follow-up email where a call did not connect, and logged the outcome. - The batch is complete when all 100 targets have been worked and the contact list and outcome log have been handed over. - Please state the timeframe you would need to complete a batch of 100, and the number of qualified leads (brochure sent, events manager copied) you would expect from it. - We are open to a performance bonus per qualified lead on top of the batch price — suggest a structure in your proposal. If the first batch delivers, we will roll the contract on in further batches up to the event on 25 November 2026, so please indicate your capacity. Start: immediately (September 2026). IN YOUR PROPOSAL, PLEASE INCLUDE 1. Relevant experience — particularly outreach to marketing or partnership teams in the technology, cybersecurity or events sector. 2. How you source and verify contact details, and how you manage GDPR compliance. 3. Your price per batch of 100 target companies, the timeframe to complete it, and expected qualified leads. 4. A short voice sample or willingness to do a 10-minute call before we award the project. 5. Availability during Irish/UK business hours and earliest start date. Applications that clearly address the points above will be prioritised.

Executive Telemarketer – Invite CISOs/CROs to Dublin Summit
ABOUT US Cyber Risk International (CRI.ie) is Platinum Sponsor of the European Digital Governance Summit (EDGS), hosted by the ICTTF.org International Cyber Threat Task Force at the Mansion House, Dublin on 25 November 2026 (digitalgovernance.eu). It is a one-day, invitation-led summit for senior leaders of organisations regulated under DORA and NIS2 — boards and management bodies, no sales pitches from the stage. As Platinum Sponsor we hold a limited allocation of complimentary VIP passes. We need an experienced executive-level telemarketer to invite senior leaders at target organisations to register for one. This is senior outreach, not volume dialling. THE WORK We supply a target list of organisations — primarily financial services and large regulated entities across Ireland, the UK, Luxembourg, Malta, Cyprus and the Netherlands. The list contains company names and target roles only; no named contacts, emails or phone numbers. You build the contact list, identifying the right individuals at each organisation. Target roles: CEO, CIO, CISO, CRO / Head of Risk, Head of GRC / Compliance, and other members of the management body responsible for DORA/NIS2 governance and oversight. You call and invite each target to register for a free VIP pass via a registration page on the CRI website (a short HubSpot form). On registration they automatically receive a confirmation email and their pass. Where a call doesn't connect, a short follow-up email with the registration link is acceptable using our copy and a sending address we provide. Passes are for qualifying senior roles only — we will provide the eligibility criteria. Success metric: confirmed VIP registrations from qualifying senior roles, plus a clean contact list handed back to us at the end. WHAT WE PROVIDE Target organisation list, call brief and talking points, one-page summit overview, registration link, eligibility criteria, FAQ, email copy and sending address, and a weekly check-in. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Proven experience reaching C-suite and senior risk/compliance executives, ideally in financial services or other regulated industries. - Comfortable and credible with gatekeepers and executive assistants. - Fluent, native-level English with a polished, professional telephone manner. Experience calling into the Irish and UK markets is strongly preferred, as most targets are there. - Able to work Irish/UK business hours (GMT/IST). - Familiarity with financial services, cybersecurity, or DORA / NIS2 is a strong advantage but not essential — we will brief you fully. - Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and clean, structured reporting. - GDPR-aware: contact sourcing and outreach must comply with GDPR and applicable e-privacy rules for B2B contact in each target country. Please describe in your proposal how you source contacts and stay compliant. REPORTING Weekly report in a shared spreadsheet or CRM: contacts identified, calls made, outcomes, registrations, follow-ups scheduled. All contact data gathered during the project belongs to CRI/ICTTF and is handed over in full on completion. COMMERCIALS We want to price this on output, not time. Please quote a fixed price for a batch of 500 targets. - A "target" is one named individual in a qualifying senior role at an organisation on our list. Building the named contact list from our organisation list is included in the batch price. - A target counts as "worked" once you have made a minimum of three call attempts on different days, plus one follow-up email where a call did not connect, and logged the outcome. - We reserve the right to reject targets that do not meet the eligibility criteria before they are counted towards the batch. - The batch is complete when all 500 targets have been worked and the contact list and outcome log have been handed over. - Please state the timeframe you would need to complete a batch of 500, and the number of confirmed VIP registrations you would expect from it. - We are open to a performance bonus per confirmed VIP registration from a qualifying role on top of the batch price — suggest a structure in your proposal. If the first batch delivers, we will roll the contract on in further batches of 500 up to the event on 25 November 2026, so please indicate your capacity. Start: September 2026. IN YOUR PROPOSAL, PLEASE INCLUDE 1. Relevant experience — particularly C-suite outreach in financial services and/or the Irish/UK markets. 2. How you source and verify senior contact details, and how you manage GDPR compliance. 3. Your price per batch of 500 targets, the timeframe to complete it, and expected registrations. 4. A short voice sample or willingness to do a 10-minute call before we award the project. 5. Availability during Irish/UK business hours and earliest start date. These references describe different aspects of the direction. We want an original identity. Please include integration with one compatible supplier in your proposal, stating your assumptions. Any custom integration requirements must be identified and priced before development. WHAT WE PROVIDE • Brand name and existing clothing designs after shortlisting. • Product information and garment specifications. • Campaign imagery and product assets. • Feedback and direction throughout the project. • Policy content. Please specify whether copy refinement or any additional asset creation is included in your quote. BUILD APPROACH We are open to a professionally customised Shopify theme or a custom approach, provided the result achieves the required quality and remains easy for us to manage. Please identify the proposed theme and any paid apps. List licence fees and recurring costs separately. Licences must be legitimate and purchased through our account. TO APPLY, PLEASE SEND: Three to five relevant live fashion or premium ecommerce websites you personally worked on. Your exact contribution to each: design, development, or both. A brief description of the visual direction you would propose for this project. Your recommended Shopify build approach. Your fixed project price, including clear exclusions. Your timeline, milestones and included revision rounds. Your experience with POD/made-to-order integrations. Your included post-launch support. An existing portfolio and a short written approach are sufficient for this stage; an unpaid custom design is not required. We will shortlist based on visual quality, relevant experience and a clear understanding of the brief.

Creator & Affiliate Outreach Specialist for Mobile Apps
We are looking for a hands-on Creator & Affiliate Outreach Specialist to help grow our mobile app portfolio through relevant creators, influencers and affiliate partners. This is not a mass-email or copy-paste outreach role. We want someone who can identify creators who genuinely match the audience of the product, research them properly, find the correct contact method, create personalised outreach and help turn conversations into real partnerships. We have multiple mobile app projects, but we will start with one app and one clearly defined target audience. If the test is successful, there is potential for ongoing work across additional apps. What you would do You will: Research relevant TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other suitable creators Identify micro, mid-size and larger creators where appropriate Assess whether each creator genuinely fits the app and audience Find verified email/contact information where possible Include creator profile links and key audience/relevance notes Identify creators who may be suitable for: paid collaborations affiliate partnerships commission-based promotion app reviews/demos UGC-style content long-term ambassador relationships Write personalised outreach rather than generic templates Contact selected creators once the approach is approved Handle initial replies and follow-ups Track outreach status and responses Highlight creators showing genuine interest Provide weekly reporting and recommendations What we do NOT want Please do not apply if your approach is based mainly on: mass automated DMs scraped lists with no relevance generic copy-and-paste messages buying influencer databases and simply exporting contacts fake followers or engagement contacting hundreds of random creators to hit volume targets promising creators fees, commission levels or commercial terms without our approval Quality is more important than volume. Paid test We will begin with a small paid test for one mobile app. For the test, we would like approximately 15–20 carefully researched creators. For each creator, please include: Creator name Platform Profile URL Approximate follower/audience size Country Niche/content focus Why they are relevant to the app Contact email or best available contact method Whether they appear better suited to paid collaboration, affiliate, UGC or ambassador outreach A personalised opening line or outreach angle Any useful observations about their content/audience We also want your recommendation on which 5 creators you would contact first and why. Actual outreach may then be included in the test or started immediately after we approve the shortlist. If the quality is strong, the role can become ongoing. When applying, please answer ALL of the following Tell us about your experience finding and contacting creators/influencers for apps, brands or digital products. Please send 2–3 relevant examples of creator or affiliate outreach work you have personally handled. How do you decide whether a creator is genuinely a good match rather than simply having a large following? Which platforms and tools do you normally use to research creators and find verified contact information? Would you personally complete the research and outreach, or would any part be outsourced? Are you comfortable writing individual personalised outreach for selected creators rather than sending the same message to everyone? How do you normally follow up with creators who do not respond? Are you comfortable handling early conversations with interested creators and then bringing serious opportunities back to us for approval? What is your fixed price for the initial 15–20 creator paid test? Does that test price include only research, or also initial outreach? How quickly can you deliver the first test? If we continue, what would you charge for: 50 researched creators 100 researched creators ongoing weekly research + outreach + follow-up Approximately how many high-quality, personalised creator outreaches could you realistically manage per week? Please confirm there will be no additional software/database costs without our approval. Important Please start your proposal with: CREATOR OUTREACH so we know you have read the full brief.
