ABOUT US
Cyber Risk International (CRI.ie) is Platinum Sponsor of the European Digital Governance Summit (EDGS), hosted by the ICTTF.org International Cyber Threat Task Force at the Mansion House, Dublin on 25 November 2026 (digitalgovernance.eu). It is a one-day, invitation-led summit for senior leaders of organisations regulated under DORA and NIS2 — boards and management bodies, no sales pitches from the stage.
As Platinum Sponsor we hold a limited allocation of complimentary VIP passes. We need an experienced executive-level telemarketer to invite senior leaders at target organisations to register for one. This is senior outreach, not volume dialling.
THE WORK
We supply a target list of organisations — primarily financial services and large regulated entities across Ireland, the UK, Luxembourg, Malta, Cyprus and the Netherlands. The list contains company names and target roles only; no named contacts, emails or phone numbers.
You build the contact list, identifying the right individuals at each organisation. Target roles: CEO, CIO, CISO, CRO / Head of Risk, Head of GRC / Compliance, and other members of the management body responsible for DORA/NIS2 governance and oversight.
You call and invite each target to register for a free VIP pass via a registration page on the CRI website (a short HubSpot form). On registration they automatically receive a confirmation email and their pass. Where a call doesn't connect, a short follow-up email with the registration link is acceptable using our copy and a sending address we provide.
Passes are for qualifying senior roles only — we will provide the eligibility criteria.
Success metric: confirmed VIP registrations from qualifying senior roles, plus a clean contact list handed back to us at the end.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
Target organisation list, call brief and talking points, one-page summit overview, registration link, eligibility criteria, FAQ, email copy and sending address, and a weekly check-in.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience reaching C-suite and senior risk/compliance executives, ideally in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Comfortable and credible with gatekeepers and executive assistants.
- Fluent, native-level English with a polished, professional telephone manner. Experience calling into the Irish and UK markets is strongly preferred, as most targets are there.
- Able to work Irish/UK business hours (GMT/IST).
- Familiarity with financial services, cybersecurity, or DORA / NIS2 is a strong advantage but not essential — we will brief you fully.
- Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and clean, structured reporting.
- GDPR-aware: contact sourcing and outreach must comply with GDPR and applicable e-privacy rules for B2B contact in each target country. Please describe in your proposal how you source contacts and stay compliant.
REPORTING
Weekly report in a shared spreadsheet or CRM: contacts identified, calls made, outcomes, registrations, follow-ups scheduled.
All contact data gathered during the project belongs to CRI/ICTTF and is handed over in full on completion.
COMMERCIALS
We want to price this on output, not time. Please quote a fixed price for a batch of 500 targets.
- A "target" is one named individual in a qualifying senior role at an organisation on our list. Building the named contact list from our organisation list is included in the batch price.
- A target counts as "worked" once you have made a minimum of three call attempts on different days, plus one follow-up email where a call did not connect, and logged the outcome.
- We reserve the right to reject targets that do not meet the eligibility criteria before they are counted towards the batch.
- The batch is complete when all 500 targets have been worked and the contact list and outcome log have been handed over.
- Please state the timeframe you would need to complete a batch of 500, and the number of confirmed VIP registrations you would expect from it.
- We are open to a performance bonus per confirmed VIP registration from a qualifying role on top of the batch price — suggest a structure in your proposal.
If the first batch delivers, we will roll the contract on in further batches of 500 up to the event on 25 November 2026, so please indicate your capacity. Start: September 2026.
IN YOUR PROPOSAL, PLEASE INCLUDE
1. Relevant experience — particularly C-suite outreach in financial services and/or the Irish/UK markets.
2. How you source and verify senior contact details, and how you manage GDPR compliance.
3. Your price per batch of 500 targets, the timeframe to complete it, and expected registrations.
4. A short voice sample or willingness to do a 10-minute call before we award the project.
5. Availability during Irish/UK business hours and earliest start date.
Applications that clearly address the points above will be prioritised.
