Looking for a woo commerce website for a paintball site. We currently use fareharbor but the booking fee's are putting customers off. We run different types of events, all of which have their own prices. Each event has the ability to allow a total capacity of 200, however some people need to borrow equipment. There is an extra charge for this. This is capped to 25 per event currently. Sometimes we also offer special equipment this has a lower cap. All participants pay a £15 per person deposit, with the remainder payable on the day. At the event we have very limited signal and need to check all customers in, this needs to tell the person on reception, who has filled in the forms, how many have booked, which type of tickets and how much is left to pay.
