I need an organized virtual assistant who already feels at home inside Airbnb and Vrbo dashboards. Your primary focus will be two things I can’t afford to drop: keeping my listings spotless and responding to guests quickly. Here’s what the role looks like day to day. You’ll log in, confirm that every photo, rate, rule, and calendar entry on each property is current, then handle every new message that arrives. Most messages are straightforward booking inquiries, but when an issue pops up—anything from a missing key code to a Wi-Fi outage—I’ll rely on you to troubleshoot using our house manual, then loop me in only if the problem escalates. Clear, polite English and a calm tone are essential; fast replies are non-negotiable. Deliverables I measure: • Listings on Airbnb and Vrbo reviewed and updated at least once daily • All booking inquiries answered within one hour between 8 AM–10 PM (property time zone) • Issues documented in our shared tracker with the final resolution noted If you’re already juggling listing edits, smart pricing tools, or guest chats on similar platforms, you’ll fit right in. Let me know your usual working hours and a recent example of turning an unhappy guest into a happy one.

The video should begin on a completely black screen. Our logo should then appear in a dynamic way, similar to an egg cracking or splashing onto the screen, creating a strong visual impact. Beneath the logo, the word “Podcast” should appear clearly. After the logo appears, a pair of boxing gloves should swing into view, as if hanging and moving naturally like pendulums. The motion should feel smooth and slightly dramatic. Next, the gloves should become more active and punch toward the screen first one glove, then the other creating a bold, energetic effect. As the gloves punch forward, each glove should display part of the phrase: “We’ll punch you in the face.” We will also be adding a voiceover to accompany this animation, so the timing should allow space for that audio to sync well with the visuals. Overall, the style should feel bold, energetic, and slightly aggressive, with a strong, memorable impact.

The work is technical and precise, we render directly onto a tracked face mesh at 60fps and every pixel matters. You need to have shipped something real with ARKit. Not a demo. A product where face tracking drove rendering decisions at the vertex level. The work involves: Face mesh geometry and UV mapping Real-time texture generation from geometric contours Sub-pixel optical edge detection against live camera frames Coordinate space transformations between 3D, image, and texture space Threading discipline across ARKit, Vision, CoreGraphics and SceneKit You are the right person if: You have debugged a rendering artifact by reasoning about coordinate spaces, not by guessing blend modes You know what happens to Vision landmark coordinates when you pass the wrong orientation to VNImageRequestHandler You can explain why the same ARKit vertex produces different UV values depending on head angle Working with raw pixel buffers feels normal to you You are not the right person if: Your ARKit experience stops at placing virtual objects in a room You have never read BGRA pixel values directly from a CVPixelBuffer Catmull-Rom splines and even-odd fill rules are unfamiliar
