Legal PA (Legal Experience Preferable)

I'm a busy barrister operaitng in NI and England and Wales.

I am naturally disorganised unfortunately. I need someone to organise my practice. Primarily with:

Diary management: I struggle with keeping a track of key hearing dates and when specific things are needed in each case. I want to be able to voice note, screenshot or email communications and then they can be put in a central diary.

Getting info ready for VAT returns and tax for my accountant. Preferably on a monthly basis.

Reminding me if I've missed something or a deadline.

Tasks: I want to be able to voicenote and ask for tasks to be done e.g. tasks around my home, booking appointments.

Sending out invoices.

I have recently been diagnosed with ADHD so I would benefit from someone who is really organised and can jeep me organised.
