I need a facebook adas campaign set up for my workshop business

I am a small business offering flower arranging workshops (and gift bouquets). I have been running these workshops for over 5 years now and want to really scale up by filling every class to capacity and offering more workshops on other days of the week. I have many different types of workshops but I am thinking it would be best to start promoting my TASTER workshop initially as they are run most often and these lead onto the other workshops. I have a very limited budget so want a low cost campaign initially, are you able to help please?
