Hi,
I am looking for a UK accountant or company secretary who can assist with a simple shareholder and director change for a UK limited company.
The situation is:
• 2 directors / 2 shareholders (50% each)
• One director/shareholder will resign and transfer their shares to me
• I will become the sole director and 100% shareholder
I need assistance with:
• TM01 director resignation
• Stock transfer form
• updating the PSC register
• updating Companies House records
The company is small and straightforward.
