Thang, INCould have done better on timeline and delivery.

The work was delivered with little delay. The work delivered was perfect. Actually the buyer asked for an additional work (the amendment clauses for agreement) which was outside the scope of this work. The buyer refused to pay for additional fees for additional work (the amendment clauses for agreement).
