New Home Referral Partner Acquisition
We are a Locks (locksmith) and Security products installation company. We are looking to set up a partnership referral scheme with regional Estate Agents and Removal Companies. The idea is to add value to their handover process by enabling them to recommend our services to new homeowners. When people move into a new house, the priority should be to change the locks, as they can never be sure who has copies of the keys. The basis of the scheme is that the agent/removal company, after obtaining permission from the new home mover, passes their details to us, and we pay them a commission for every job completed. I have attached a draft flyer, and this will be the info pack for prospective partners. Essentially, this project targets Estate Agents and Removal Companies across our coverage area to secure their participation in this partnership scheme. The specifics of this project are to obtain written agreement from five Estate Agents to participate in this scheme. Once these five are on board, the project will restart, with the aim of getting another five on board. This may repeat indefinitely. We have already contacted over twenty companies by email only and would be happy to share these to maintain continuity.
