Description
I originally created a Google Merchant Center account for a store called **BMBO**. The store was later rebranded to **STORVO**, after which the Merchant Center account was flagged for **misrepresentation**. I decided to delete that Merchant Center account, although the associated Google Ads account remains active.
Since then, I have attempted to create three new Merchant Center accounts using **different domains**, while keeping the brand name **Storvo**. Examples include domains such as *Storvo Home* and *Storvo Furniture*. Unfortunately, each of these accounts has also been flagged for **misrepresentation**.
I would appreciate assistance in **resolving the misrepresentation issue** on my accounts, or guidance on **setting up a compliant new Merchant Center account** that will not be flagged again.
Kind regards,
Yaasir M.

Hi, thanks for explaining the situation. Before recommending the best way to resolve the misrepresentation suspension in Google Merchant Center, could you please confirm whether the current Storvo websites clearly display the required trust signals such as a verified business address, contact information, refund/return policy, shipping policy, terms & privacy pages, and consistent branding between the website, domain, and business identity? Also, are the products original inventory or dropshipped from another supplier?

Hi Yasir, could you paste the exact misrepresentation message(s) showing in Merchant Center, and confirm the current live domain you want reviewed for Storvo? Also, has the website already been fully updated to match the new brand across contact details, policies, shipping/returns and product feed content?
