Hi, I need a temporary Home Administrator for remote Service Administration tasks This includes (but not limited to): Managing the HA inbox and responding to emails as needed Filing and uploading bills to the accounting software (Free Agent) Dealing with account queries Processing orders and payments as required Uploading expenses to invoices for payment Collating weekly rota hours for payroll Updating the daily HA tracker which documents all pending tasks Candidate requirements: MUST BE UK BASED Extensive admin experience in areas listed above Excellent IT skills and worked experience with Google Workspace/Google Suite and associated apps (docs, sheets, gmail etc) Has an appropriate computer/laptop which allows you to sign into the HA Google Chrome profile (this is a requirement) Access to scanner/printer Availability during the working day Fixed monthly fee to be discussed on expression of interest. Requirement is for up to 3 hours a day spread evenly throughout the day (some days maybe less but monthly remuneration will remain the same)

Social media management for new running brand

I'm looking for a freelancer (not agency) to help me get the social media strategy correct for my start-up brand, initially building up followers and email subscribers for an initial small product launch in the coming months. I have some strong photography, what I believe is a good brand, nice product and a good Shopify website. I am creating video assets as well. But I need to understand the best way to deploy content effectively on Instagram/FB and probably Tiktok for maximum reach. I also want to spend on advertising on these platforms to accelerate following growth and drive email sign ups so need advice/guidance and/or complete management of these things to ensure I get it right. I have 12,000 products from a website, I need to enrich this data with lots more data points and specifications with data from online to create a wide database which can be used for analysis, it will require multiple data points, manufacturers websites, retail sites. Not all products use the same SKU's on different sites so LLM will need to be used to get matches where possible. It will not be possible to get 100% complete data but we need to get it much higher than the current data set.
