RAG Database Development
RAG database development help wanted. PLEASE REVIEW CAREFULLY (no copy / paste proposals) 1) Looking for somebody who understands this: https://www.pinecone.io/learn/series/rag/rerankers/ Briefly explain (one or two sentences, don't ChatGPT it), note previous work you have done relevant to this. Just very briefly. 2) We have a LOT of content. A decade's worth of posts, 10,000+ support requests answered, a 70k Youtube channel, podcasts, etc. Want to build a RAG database with the most relevant data to train a front end LLM on for member questions. THIS PROJECT IS FOR RAG DATABASE ONLY. You can bid on building the full system, or: Bid a lesser amount to build initial database JUST on Web content (no 10k support answers etc). That's a much smaller database, less data to work through, and gives both sides an opportunity to work together first and see how well we do. I recommend the second option. All copy / paste proposals (there are usually a lot) and ChatGPT proposals won't be considered. Any bids for the full amount will be reviewed more critically (again, I recommend not being greedy and suggesting the smaller initial project first). Previous experience is REQUIRED. Before engaging we will definitely check on your work. If you have no history here at all, note that we will be more concerned about your ability to follow through. Thanks for checking out our project!

Brand visibility in LLMs for a client
We have a client in consumer goods (CPG) who needs a dashboard to be developed that monitors their brand ranking, share of voice, and sentiment across top LLMs. They operate in multiple categories with many brands, and across different countries. Share how you'd go about delivering this, what tech stack you'd use, and a cost/time estimate for an MVP
GPT-Powered Contact Prioritisation
I need to build a reusable process that processes contact lists using job titles to intelligently rank and select top contacts by priority. The system should leverage GPT (e.g. via OpenAI’s Batch API or similar) to understand context from job titles, assign scores based on relevance to tiers, and categorise contacts into tiers (e.g. Tier 1 = 80–100%, Tier 8 = 0–20% relevance). It must allow me to quickly update tiering criteria and job title logic for different lists and use cases. The final output should clearly mark in an adjacent column the selected top contacts per company based on a configurable number per company group based on tiering score (e.g. select top 6 per company, top 10, or up to 250). Excel preferred, but can use Google Sheets if considerable easier. Suggested Approach (You’ll Implement This). You may have a better approach but it has to be capable of reviewing a spreadsheets that contains say 20,000-50,000 job titles so keep that in mind. Use Python and pandas to read and process contact spreadsheets. Use OpenAI's Batch API to score job titles based on prompt logic like: “Score the following job title from 0–100 for relevance to investor outreach: ‘Partner, Venture Capital’” Assign scores, then map into tiers (e.g. 80–100 = Tier 1). Tiering needs to be editable i.e. change number of tiers and change job level criteria in tiers Group by company and select the top N contacts (i.e. be able to pick the number of contacts the process selects per same company say between 1 and 250), writing "Selected" into the sheet. Final output should be written back to Excel, ready to use. I'll need a simple, well-documented script that can be reused for future spreadsheet datasets with minimal changes plus explanation of how to change it. Tiering System The system should apply the following default tiering structure for this build processs (editable for future runs): Tier 1: Head of Investments, Head of Alternatives, Head of Funds, Head of Private Equity, Head of Fund Selection, Head of Asset Allocation, Head of Manager Selection, Head of Private Markets Tier 2: Chief Investment Officer, CIO, Global Head of Investment (i.e. very senior, but not specific to one area of manager selection) Tier 3: Senior roles with titles that include keywords like Investment, Alternatives, Funds, Private Equity, Fund Selection, Asset Allocation, Manager Selection, or Private Markets – where the individual is likely actively reviewing funds Tier 4: Mid-level roles containing the same keywords, involved in reviewing or sourcing funds Tier 5: Founder, CEO, President, Partner Tier 6: Managing Director, Director, Manager Tier 7: Principal, VP Tier 8: Associate, Analyst Scope of Work: Develop a Python script Read input spreadsheet (with columns like company, name, job title) Send job titles to GPT (via OpenAI Batch API or alternative) Score and tier contacts based on output Select top N per company and label them "Selected" Ensure tier rules and selection limits are configurable Deliver reusable and editable code with basic instructions
