Photoshop / AI Specialist Needed to Create Luxury 3D Floor Plans
We're looking for a talented Photoshop, graphic design or AI image editing specialist to join our team on an ongoing freelance basis. This is not an architectural or CAD role. We're looking for a creative who can transform existing floor plans into realistic, high-quality marketing visuals for luxury residential properties. Your work will feature across our YouTube channels, including The Luxury Home Show, The New Build Show and The Interior Design Show, where we produce premium property tours viewed by millions of people worldwide. For each project, we'll provide: Existing floor plans. Video walkthroughs of the property. Interior reference images where required. Using these materials, you'll recreate the property as a realistic top-down 3D floor plan, accurately matching the layout, furniture, flooring, finishes and overall styling before producing a polished final render ready for use in our videos. We're looking for someone who: Has excellent Adobe Photoshop skills. Has experience with AI image generation or image editing tools (such as ChatGPT, Artlist AI, Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana or similar). Has a strong eye for interior design, lighting, textures and realistic visualisation. Can accurately recreate interiors from reference material. Has excellent attention to detail. Is looking for an ongoing freelance relationship with regular projects. Important A PDF guide is attached outlining our current workflow and the quality standard we're looking to achieve. Please read this before applying. The guide demonstrates our existing process, but we're not expecting applicants to follow it exactly. I am looking to work with an experienced AI Image Production Specialist to produce approximately 17-20 high-quality AI-generated images. The project involves creating a new image library based on an existing set of reference images. The objective is not to recreate the original artwork, but to produce modern, high-quality images using different people, clothing and environments while accurately representing the technical actions shown in the reference material. What I’m Looking For The successful applicant should be able to: • Produce high-quality AI-generated images. • Create a consistent visual style across the entire image library. • Follow a technical specification accurately. • Accurately reproduce body positioning, hand placement and movement from reference material. • Accept feedback and make revisions where required. • Ask questions if any technical reference is unclear. We need someone to build and run an image generation pipeline for it. THE WORK Each book series has its own visual style, defined by a written style guide and a small set of reference images. Your job is to turn that into a repeatable engine: train the style, lock it, and produce around 110 print-ready images per series to a supplied brief. The images are composed to a page layout, so composition is directed, not left to the model. Each one has a specified size and a specified job on the page. WHAT YOU NEED TO BE ABLE TO DO - Build custom ComfyUI workflows at graph level. Not just run other people's. - Train LoRAs properly. Dataset curation, captioning, hyperparameters, and knowing when a model has overfit. - Control composition with ControlNet, depth, pose and regional prompting. - Inpaint and repair to a print standard. - Script and batch with Python. This is volume work and it cannot be done by hand in a GUI. - Prepare for print: 300dpi, upscaling, CMYK, colour management. - Document what you build, so someone else can run it. WHAT WE'RE NOT LOOKING FOR - Midjourney-only. We need training and control, not a closed system. - Prompt engineering as a job title. - A beautiful portfolio of one-off images. One stunning picture tells us nothing about producing 110 consistent ones. THE TEST Paid. We send you a style guide and five reference images. You send back six images in that style: a rope, a hand holding a coin, a boat, and three we'll name. We are not judging how good image one is. We are judging whether image six matches it. STRUCTURE First engagement is fixed scope: build the workflow, prove it on one series, document it. Hourly/daily work follows once the machine exists and we know what it needs. Office redesign render
I am redesigning an office entrance on lower ground and an upper ground. I would like an initial render similar to the attached but with some changes within 24 hours.
