We absolutely love Claude for its voice and mind, but as non-technical users, we've hit a bit of a wall. We need someone to step in, look at our daily tasks, and build a setup that actually works for us. Here is where we are at: The Goal: We want a smart, efficient system for our daily workflows. The Problem: We are on Claude Pro and constantly hitting the message limits because our prompting is probably too short or long. The Rule: We are completely avoiding the API to avoid unexpected bill. We are happy to upgrade to a higher subscription tier, but I don't think that will solve the problem. Missed Opportunities: We aren't using Claude Code at all, which feels like a massive waste.
