Draftline Apparel, a US clothing brand for tabletop and video game fans based in Austin, Texas, needs a copywriter for our product descriptions and marketing emails. Our current copy is inconsistent — some written by us in a hurry, some left as bare spec — and none of it sounds like one voice. The work covers around sixty product descriptions of fifty to eighty words each, plus a set of six marketing emails for an upcoming collection launch. The descriptions need to convey the design, the fit and the reference or joke behind each piece, quickly and with personality, while still covering the practical details a shopper needs. The emails should build interest across a launch sequence without leaning on constant discounting. Voice is the whole job here. We are funny, a little irreverent, and genuinely part of the gaming community, and the copy has to land that without trying too hard or explaining the joke. Generic ecommerce copy or forced hype both miss. We will provide our brand voice guide, product details and the design concepts behind each piece. One practical note: humor should never come at the cost of clarity on sizing, materials or shipping, since those drive returns and support tickets. To be considered, please share copywriting samples that show personality and voice, ideally consumer or ecommerce work rather than corporate, tell us your rate per description or a fixed project price, and confirm your availability. Applications without relevant writing samples will not be shortlisted.

Hello, We are seeking a senior-level digital agency, a structured team, or an expert Full-Stack Product Creator to handle the complete end-to-end overhaul (UI/UX Design in Figma + Custom WordPress Development) for our corporate employee benefits and insurance agency platform. The current website is text-heavy and lacks interactive features. The goal is to build a sleek, high-converting, and modern enterprise platform from scratch. PHASE 1: UI/UX DESIGN REQUIREMENTS User Path Segmentation: The design must instantly segment three distinct audiences on the homepage: Employers/HR Managers, Insurance Brokers, and End Employees. Key Layouts Needed: A premium segmented Homepage (with onboarding pipeline timelines and custom dashboard mockups), a detailed Services/Tech showcase, and a high-trust Lead-Gen/Demo booking funnel. Design System: Deliver a highly disciplined Figma project using a rigid Layout Grid System (12-column desktop @ 1440px / 4-column mobile @ 375px) and a complete corporate UI Kit (exact typography scales, interactive states, organized naming conventions). PHASE 2: NATIVE WORDPRESS DEVELOPMENT Strict Code Architecture: Clean custom theme build utilizing native Gutenberg blocks combined with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF Pro). Zero Page Builders Policy: Absolute ban on heavy infrastructure like Elementor, Divi, or WPBakery. All elements must be rendered using lightweight, custom HTML/PHP. Performance & Core Web Vitals: Exceptional optimization out of the box to guarantee elite loading speeds (strictly targeting 90+ score on Google PageSpeed Insights for both Desktop and Mobile views) and absolute control over CLS. Asset Compliance: All icons, badges, and layout vectors must be coded using native, lightweight inline SVG shapes. WHAT WE EXPECT IN YOUR PROPOSAL: Links to premium, live corporate B2B, SaaS, or fintech websites that your team designed AND coded from scratch. Confirmation that you develop natively on WP (without visual builders like Elementor). Your estimated timeline split by Phase 1 (Design) and Phase 2 (Development). We have attached a detailed 3-page Technical Specification PDF below. Please analyze it carefully before bidding. Generic or automated boilerplate proposals will be archived instantly. Thank you!

Social Media Manager Gaming Apparel Brand, Ongoing
Draftline Apparel, a US clothing brand for tabletop and video game fans based in Austin, Texas, is looking for a social media manager to run our Instagram and TikTok on a continuing monthly basis. We have an engaged audience that responds to humor, community references and behind-the-scenes looks at new designs. What we lack is someone with the time to post consistently and keep up with comments and messages. The monthly work covers around twenty posts across the two platforms, built from product photography and design previews we supply, plus short vertical videos cut from footage we send. You handle selection, editing, captions, hashtags, scheduling and daily community replies during US business hours. Genuine customer service issues get passed to us rather than answered. Tone is the thing that matters most here. Our audience can tell instantly when a brand is faking familiarity with gaming culture, and it backfires hard. We need someone who actually gets the references, not someone applying a generic content calendar. If your experience is all mainstream consumer brands, this probably is not the right fit. We also want a short monthly summary of what worked and what did not, in plain language rather than a dashboard export. We will provide brand guidelines, raw content and a marketing contact. Content production beyond light editing of what we supply is not part of this brief. To be considered, please link to two or three accounts you currently run, tell us which one is closest in tone to what we have described and why, and confirm your monthly rate and availability for daily replies. Applications without links to accounts you manage will not be shortlisted.

Linkedin Content Strategist & Daily Engagement Partner
I’m the Retail Director at a UK-based freight forwarding company. I want to build a strong, authentic personal brand on LinkedIn in the freight, logistics and supply chain space — with a particular focus on retail sector challenges and solutions. My goals: • Become a recognised voice and thought leader • Grow my follower base with the right people (retailers, supply chain/procurement professionals, logistics peers, decision-makers) • Increase meaningful engagement and inbound opportunities • Stay super active and visible in a smart, sustainable way I already create my own posts and graphics. I’m looking for a strategic partner who will guide the “what” and “when”, while also handling the heavy lifting on daily engagement. What you’ll be responsible for: 1. Content Strategy & Storyboarding Develop clear content pillars tailored to a Retail Director in freight forwarding. Create weekly/bi-weekly content calendars with post ideas, recommended formats (carousels, text, polls, short video, documents, etc.), strong hooks, and calls-to-action. Provide outlines or suggested copy (I will write the final versions and create all graphics). 2. Posting Schedule & Activations Recommend the best days/times for a UK B2B audience in 2026. Advise on LinkedIn algorithm best practices, what “activations” actually move the needle (polls, carousels, series, commenting strategies, etc.), and how to maximise reach and engagement. 3. Daily Niche Engagement (core part of the role) Thoughtfully comment on 20–50 relevant LinkedIn posts per day in the freight, logistics, supply chain, retail, and import/export space. Comments must be high-quality, value-adding and non-spammy (sharing insights, asking smart questions, adding perspective). This is manual work only. The goal is visibility, relationship-building and algorithm love. You’ll report on activity and results. 4. Follower Growth & Overall Strategy Give ongoing advice on profile optimisation, networking, content repurposing, and how to best use my current Botdog automation tool alongside organic activity. Help me market myself effectively and accelerate follower growth in a compliant way. 5. Reporting & Collaboration Weekly or fortnightly check-ins (Zoom or async) to review LinkedIn analytics, discuss what’s working, refine the strategy, and plan ahead. Track progress against clear KPIs (follower growth, engagement, profile views, quality of comments, etc.). What I will handle: • Writing and publishing all final posts + creating graphics • Day-to-day posting on my profile • Giving you any sector-specific insights you need Ideal freelancer: • Proven experience helping B2B executives or professionals grow their LinkedIn presence through content strategy + daily engagement (please share real results or case studies). • Strong understanding of current LinkedIn best practices (2026 algorithm, personal branding, what actually works for B2B service/industry profiles). • Excellent at crafting professional yet conversational B2B content ideas — especially in freight, logistics, supply chain or retail (prior experience in these sectors is a big plus). • Reliable and disciplined with daily engagement work. You enjoy being active on LinkedIn and know how to comment in a way that builds genuine connections. • Comfortable working with or advising on tools like Botdog. • UK/EU timezone preferred (or very flexible). • 100% committed to staying within LinkedIn’s Terms of Service (manual, high-quality commenting only — no automation for comments). How we’ll work: This is an ongoing role. I’d like to start with a 4-week trial, then move to a monthly retainer if it’s a good fit. Please include in your proposal: • Why you’re the right person for this (and any relevant niche experience) • Your approach to daily commenting (include 2–3 examples of strong vs weak comments in a B2B context) • 3–5 suggested content pillar/theme ideas specifically for a Retail Director in freight forwarding • A sample 1-week content idea list (5–7 post concepts) • Your proposed weekly time commitment and rate (hourly or monthly package) • Links to relevant work, portfolio, or your own LinkedIn profile so I can see your style and results Indicative budget: £800 – £1,100 per month (depending on experience, hours and results). Quality and reliability are more important than the lowest price. Realistic proposals welcome. I’m looking for a long-term partner who is proactive, strategic, and excited about helping me become consistently visible and valuable on LinkedIn. Looking forward to your proposals
