Scope of work The freelancer will be required to: -Review the provided work guide and Excel file -Extract the matricule number from each row -Access the official municipal website (link provided) -Search properties using the matricule -Download the corresponding assessment roll PDF -Identify the lot number inside the document -Rename the file according to the required naming convention -Upload the files to the designated Google Drive folder Deliverables -Approximately 70 property assessment roll PDFs -Correct file naming format applied to all files -Files uploaded to Google Drive in the correct structure -One PDF per property -100% completion of assigned entries . Tools / sources -Excel file (provided in attachments) -Work guide (provided in attachments) -Municipal assessment website (provided after selection) -Google Drive -VPN (Canadian IP may be required — access can be provided after selection if needed) . Quality requirements -High level of accuracy required -Strict adherence to the provided guide -No missing entries -No incorrect file naming -Each PDF must match the correct property -No data modification or guessing . Timeline Start: immediately after selection Delivery: complete set of files .
