1 Page Wordpress Quality Web Page for new cocktail brand UK

Hello all! I am launching a premium cocktail niche cocktail brand and need a high-performance, minimalist 1-page WooCommerce store. To date I have a logo designed and in use with set colours and theme in mind to assist in the development. I have a firm budget of £250-£300 for the build.

The Project Scope:
• 1-Page Build: Single-page shop experience based on a clean, high-end aesthetic).
• Dynamic Product Selection: Customers must be able to "Build a Trio Box" by selecting 3 bottles from 4 available flavors (via dropdowns or a "Quick Add" popup. See: mothdrinks.com as an example of this.
• Square Integration: Full on-page checkout using Square.
No redirects to third-party sites.
• Legal Compliance: Implementation of a simple "Age Gate" popup (18+) and a mandatory age-declaration checkbox at checkout.
• Zero-Friction Checkout: Enable Guest Checkout only (no user accounts).
• Mobile Optimized: The flavour selection and payment must be flawless on mobile.

Assets Provided: Logo, brand colours (maroon/gold), and product placeholders. I will take real life supporting photos to help use for the flavours, trip view and any placeholder image at the start of the page.

Requirements:
• Proven experience with WooCommerce "Product Bundles" or "Composite Products" logic.
• Experience with Square for WooCommerce.
• Ability to deliver a fast, lean site without unnecessary plugin bloat.
