We are currently coordinating an audio recording project. I am reaching out to native English voice talents to see whether this project may be of interest to you.

This is a paid, paired audio recording project.

Project scope (per recording pair):

Total deliverable: 30 hours of audio pair recording

Topics: 50% casual / daily and 50% general business

Timeline: 7–10 days after application confirmation and approval

Compensation: USD 450 per person/ approved set


Requirements:

100% native English

Audio quality of 16 kHz or higher, with clear and sufficient volume

Recording must be completed on the client’s designated platform

Payment is issued only after the full 30-hour paired recording set is completed

    Hi Keziah,

    The scope is clear and the topic split sounds workable. Before I confirm my availability and record the sample, I have a few questions I would like to get clarity on first.

    Could you share the name of the designated recording platform? I want to make sure I am comfortable with the setup before committing time to the sample.

    On the payment terms, I noted that compensation is issued only after the full 30-hour set is completed. For a project of this duration I would want to discuss a milestone structure, something like 50% at the 15-hour mark and the remainder on completion.

    Would the project lead be open to that arrangement?
    Could you also share more about the end use of the recordings?

    Understanding whether this is for AI training data, a published product, or another application helps me assess whether it is the right fit and whether any usage rights considerations apply to my contribution.

    Finally, on the recording partner question, I do not currently have a designated partner. Is the expectation that I source one independently or does the project have a matching process for solo applicants?

    Once I have answers to the above I am happy to move quickly. If everything checks out I can confirm availability for the sample today.
