We are looking for a freelancer to assist with a data extraction task related to real estate research.

The objective is to extract official property assessment roll PDFs for a list of multifamily properties located in Saint-Lambert (Quebec, Canada).

This is a structured and repetitive task, requiring attention to detail and consistency.

A detailed step-by-step work guide is provided, along with the Excel file containing the properties to process.
You are expected to carefully review all attached documents before starting the task.

This project will serve as a test phase, with strong potential for ongoing work if the collaboration is successful.
Scope of work

The freelancer will be required to:

-Review the provided work guide and Excel file
-Extract the matricule number from each row
-Access the official municipal website (link provided)
-Search properties using the matricule
-Download the corresponding assessment roll PDF
-Identify the lot number inside the document
-Rename the file according to the required naming convention
-Upload the files to the designated Google Drive folder

Deliverables
-Approximately 70 property assessment roll PDFs
-Correct file naming format applied to all files
-Files uploaded to Google Drive in the correct structure
-One PDF per property
-100% completion of assigned entries
