Extract data from supplied documents and input into spreadsheet

I have a batch of up to 250 document (some may be duplicates) that need to have business details extracted and placed within a spreadsheet. A google sheet will be provided with column headers outlining the required information to be extracted e.g Business name. There will also be some columns that require some research, such as finding company addresses and uk business numbers. In addition, some of the document names will need updating.
