Point Cloud to Revit 2025 – Golf Course Terrain

I’m looking for someone with proven experience converting point-cloud data into accurate, high-quality Revit terrain models. The project is an existing golf course captured as a point cloud. The final deliverable needs to be a clean and usable Revit 2025 (.RVT) model that represents the existing course as accurately as reasonably possible. Scope: • Process the supplied point-cloud data • Recreate the existing golf course terrain/topography • Maintain accurate elevations and natural slopes from the scan • Produce smooth terrain without excessive triangulation, jagged surfaces or sharp edges • Model/represent fairways, bunkers, grass areas, hills and other significant terrain features • Include trees/vegetation representation where required • Surrounding buildings do NOT need to be modelled • Deliver a clean, workable Revit 2025 file We have already tested DXF/XYZ-to-Toposolid workflows, but the resulting terrain was too rough and produced sharp, unnatural edges. I need someone who understands how to properly process the point-cloud data and create a much higher-quality terrain model. IMPORTANT: Please do not apply if you have not done this type of point-cloud/terrain-to-Revit work before. This is not a standard building Scan-to-BIM project. Experience with large external sites, landscape/topography, LiDAR, Civil 3D, Autodesk ReCap or similar point-cloud processing workflows would be particularly useful. Finish formatting of an 18 page brochure

We have a brochure that has been designed and is 80% complete. There are a number of final edits required, mostly formatting, for example some of the text has been imported into illustrator with the incorrect font, so this needs to be corrected. We can provide the Adobe Illustrator file for the project, plus a lot of reference data etc. The outcome will be a fully formatted Illustrator file that can be exported as a PDF, and a separate Illustrator file that is formatted ready for printing.

We need beta testers to use the portal with real store data and identify what breaks, what’s slow, what’s missing, and what doesn’t match reality.
