What we need:

Find and fix existing bugs, and test all core workflows end to end
Set up multi-tenancy so each client organisation’s data is fully separate and secure
Add Stripe subscription billing (plans, trials, invoicing)
Set up user roles and permissions, plus a simple admin dashboard
Review security, data protection (UK GDPR) and performance
Advise on whether Base44 is right for scaling, or whether the code should be exported and hosted elsewhere
