Turn a working prototype into a construction productivity app

I have started a construction productivity consultancy and have a working prototype of a platform that shows how well design and construction are performing on large programmes. It is ready to become a live, secure web app, and I am looking for an experienced independent developer to build it. It has been part built and I'm looking to improve it.

What the build involves:

A simple weekly form for design managers, listing late drawings with a drop-down of reasons for each.
A small addition to an existing mobile shift return, so site supervisors can pick which drawing caused lost hours.
Read-only connections to client document and planning systems, with data matched by drawing number.
Calculations and dashboards that update from this data.

Please include:

Two or three live examples of data capture apps feeding dashboards.
Your experience connecting to third-party systems.
Any construction or engineering experience.
Your availability, rate and how you would approach the first four weeks.

This is ongoing work, starting with a paid first month, and I’m happy to work with someone anywhere in the world.
