Wordpress website has no traffic and has no ranking

We appreciate the responses however the quotes are open ended in terms of cost. Our budget for this process is $100. No long term SEO agreements. This is a one-time effort to identify and resolve what technical site errors exist with respect to SEO/search engine placement regardless of how high with regard to rank. While the search engine ranking provides some credibility and recognition for our company, we are not an e-commerce site nor do we generate any significant business from the listing.
