Social & Digital Profiling Intelligence Backend (Fraud / KYC)

Project Description

We are looking for an experienced backend developer to build a Social & Digital Profiling Intelligence System.

The system will generate a digital identity, breach exposure, and risk intelligence report for an individual using:
Name
Phone number
Email ID (optional)

The platform is intended for fraud risk analysis, KYC enrichment, onboarding screening, and trust & safety intelligence.

This is a single, complete backend development project.

Scope of Work

Asynchronous / queue-based job execution
Secure, encrypted data pipeline
Platform Presence Detection

Detect and classify user presence as:
Registered
Not Registered
Unknown / Unable to Fetch

Across categories including:

Messaging platforms

Fintech & banking
Job portals
Government & utility platforms

Each connector must:
Operate independently
Fail gracefully without affecting the system
Return normalized JSON
Log execution metadata
Support retries and timeouts
Breach & Data Exposure Analysis
Identify public breach exposure
Capture breach platform, date, and leaked attributes
Assess breach severity and recency
Feed breach indicators into risk logic

Global Risk Rating: SAFE / MODERATE / RISKY
Digital Identity Strength Index (0–100)
Identity maturity & footprint depth indicators
Anomaly detection (thin identity, high breach exposure, etc.)
Explainable scoring outputs
