We are seeking a Senior AI Developer / Engineer to support the discovery and potential development of two AI projects within a UK outbound contact centre. Our current contact-centre platform is MaxContact. The first project aims to explore how AI could enable us to analyse call recordings at scale for QA, compliance, sales and customer insights, moving beyond our current reliance on limited manual call reviews. The second project aims to explore the use of AI to handle the initial stages of outbound calls, identify non-prospects and transfer appropriate engaged prospects to human agents. We are deliberately not prescribing the technical solution or technology stack at this stage. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on developer who can understand our business objectives, advise us on how these could technically be achieved, explain what would be involved, and potentially build or support implementation of the agreed solution. What we're looking for: - Strong experience developing and deploying AI-enabled solutions in production environments. - Hands-on software development and systems integration experience. - Strong experience working with APIs and integrating third-party systems. - Ability to take a business problem and recommend an appropriate technical solution rather than requiring a predefined technical specification. - Experience with voice AI, telephony or contact-centre technologies would be highly advantageous. - Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - UK-based preferred, although we are open to suitable candidates who can work closely with a UK-based remote team. This is initially a discovery and scoping engagement, with the potential for development work to follow depending on the recommended approach. Urgent Property Legal Advice for Serviced Accommodation Company

The occupier initially booked through Airbnb and, while already staying at the property, requested a longer stay for relocation purposes. We subsequently entered into a six-month short-term letting agreement. I have since been advised that, despite the wording of the agreement, the arrangement may legally constitute an assured periodic tenancy. There have since been issues with delayed payments. Given the nature of the longer-term occupation, I have also requested Right to Rent verification and other supporting information. This has not yet been satisfactorily provided, and there have been a number of inconsistent statements and representations which I have attempted to verify. We have now agreed in principle to shorten her stay to approximately 2.5 months. I need advice on the correct legal way to document this and bring the existing arrangement to an earlier end. In particular, I would like advice on whether the existing arrangement can be ended by mutual agreement and replaced with a genuine short-term serviced accommodation/Airbnb arrangement, or whether continued occupation of the same property would still constitute an assured periodic tenancy regardless of the wording or platform used. I also need advice on my options if the occupier subsequently refuses to sign or honour the agreed earlier departure, and whether any Right to Rent issues or potentially misleading representations should be reported to the Home Office and/or the appropriate fraud authorities. I can provide the signed agreement, original Airbnb booking, payment history, some screenshots information about her visa, supporting documents and relevant correspondence immediately. I am also interested into someone who can draft a new agreement.
