Healthcare AI Safety and Governance Software Platform

We are seeking a software development company to design and build a healthcare AI safety and governance platform intended for use by hospitals and health systems.

The platform will support risk management, oversight, and regulatory documentation for AI systems used in patient care. It will not provide clinical decision support or automated clinical decisions.

Core capabilities will include:
• A registry of AI systems used within a healthcare organization
• Structured pre-deployment safety and equity assessments
• Post-deployment monitoring for performance degradation and use outside approved scope
• Incident and override logging with full audit trails
• Governance workflows and exportable, audit-ready documentation

The system must be deterministic, auditable, and explainable, with strong access control and traceability. Any AI components, if used, should be limited to documentation or reporting support.

This is a regulated, safety-critical software project. Experience with healthcare, medical, or compliance-driven systems is strongly preferred.
