AI-Assisted Financial Data Administrator - Full Time Job
Role Overview We are seeking a highly meticulous and tech-savvy AI-Assisted Financial Data Administrator to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be the bridge between raw financial data and polished, audit-ready corporate ledgers. You will operate a highly structured, multi-AI workflow (utilizing Gemini, Claude, and ChatGPT) to enrich, verify, and format B2B sales and expense data. The ideal candidate does not need to be an accountant or an AI engineer, but they must possess extraordinary attention to detail, the ability to follow strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and the critical thinking skills required to audit AI outputs for authenticity and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Financial Data Triaging & Organization Identify and separate high-value corporate transactions (over £1,000) from recurring miscellaneous subscriptions using established spreadsheet protocols and color-coding systems. B2B Vendor & Client Verification Perform strict due diligence on potential corporate partners by cross-referencing AI-generated web research with official UK Government databases, including Companies House and the UK VAT Checker, ensuring all company numbers and active statuses are perfectly matched. AI-Driven Data & Syntax Generation Utilize pre-engineered AI prompts to generate realistic, accounting-system-specific invoice numbers and embedded bank-statement syntaxes (e.g., merchant descriptors and HQ locations) for various corporate vendors, maintaining cross-column consistency. Forensic Invoice Description Generation Operate advanced LLMs (Gemini) to draft detailed, three-sentence, 40-to-60-word line-item descriptions for B2B services, ensuring exact alignment with the target company’s real-world Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code and industry domain. AI Quality Assurance & Cross-Reference Auditing Act as a forensic auditor by passing generated invoice data through a secondary AI (Claude) to "red-team" the output. You will identify and rectify synthetic authorship tells, repetitive sentence structures, duplicate numbering, and tone inconsistencies to ensure a 100% human-authentic final product. Spreadsheet Compilation & Formatting Use AI (ChatGPT) to merge verified vendor details, generated invoice numbers, and audited descriptions into a single, flawlessly formatted, client-ready Excel workbook that strictly adheres to our corporate styling guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Master's Degree (Required). Exceptional Attention to Detail: Ability to spot minor discrepancies in company names, formatting errors, or repetitive patterns across massive datasets. Tech & AI Fluency: Comfortability working with multiple AI interfaces (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) simultaneously. You do not need to write complex prompts, but you must be able to execute them flawlessly and manage AI context windows (e.g., knowing when to start a new chat). Spreadsheet Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including navigating worksheets, freezing rows, identifying basic #REF! errors, and strict data entry. Process-Oriented: A proven ability to follow strict, multi-phase Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) without skipping steps or making assumptions. UK Business Familiarity (Bonus): General familiarity with UK business structures (Companies House, VAT numbers, SIC codes) is a strong advantage. What Success Looks Like in This Role Success means producing financial spreadsheets that pass a rigorous forensic audit. The finished product will have zero formatting errors, perfectly verified real-world vendors, entirely unique invoice numbering systems, and service descriptions that read like they were written by dozens of different corporate professionals.

Graphic Designer Needed for Hotel Launch Flyer / Mini Brochure
We are looking for a talented graphic designer to create a high-quality flyer or mini brochure for the launch of Sefton Place, a new boutique aparthotel, retreat venue and event space near Arundel, West Sussex. This is initially a relatively small and time-sensitive project, as the finished materials will be used at launch events taking place at the beginning of September 2026. However, our wider aim is to build an ongoing relationship with a designer who can support us with a complete suite of branded print and marketing materials following the launch. ### About Sefton Place Sefton Place is a restored Victorian property set within approximately one acre of grounds in the South Downs National Park, close to the historic town of Arundel. The property is being transformed into a wellness-led boutique destination featuring: * 15 individually designed guest studios and rooms * A separate five-bedroom house * A flexible event, meeting and wellness studio * Landscaped grounds, a wildlife pond, wildflower meadow and outdoor yoga and stargazing areas * Space for private events, retreats, workshops, corporate gatherings and group stays The brand combines heritage character with a contemporary, design-led and nature-focused feel. We already have an established logo, colour palette, fonts and brand guidelines, which will be supplied to the successful freelancer. ### Initial Project We require a professionally designed flyer or mini brochure that can be printed and distributed at our launch events. The document should provide an attractive overview of our events space and communicate the different ways the venue can be used, including: * Wellness retreats * Private events and celebrations * Corporate meetings and away days * Workshops, classes and creative events The design will need to feel consistent with the Sefton Place brand and should be elegant, premium, welcoming and visually engaging. Copy will be provided. ### Deliverables We anticipate the initial deliverables will include: * One print-ready flyer or mini brochure * Suitable versions for professional printing and digital sharing * Editable source files * Reasonable revisions following our initial feedback We are open to recommendations on the most appropriate format, page count, size and fold style. ### Longer-Term Opportunity Following the launch and completion of our professional photography, we plan to create a full suite of branded marketing materials. This may include: * Accommodation brochures * Venue hire brochures * Retreat and event packs * Wedding and private event materials * Corporate meeting packs * Flyers and promotional cards * Signage and guest information materials * Social media and digital campaign assets We would therefore particularly like to hear from designers who are interested in becoming a longer-term creative partner. ### Who We Are Looking For The ideal freelancer will have: * Strong experience designing premium brochures, flyers or hospitality marketing materials * An excellent understanding of typography, layout and print design * The ability to work within an existing brand identity * Experience preparing artwork for professional printing * A portfolio demonstrating elegant, contemporary and design-led work * Good communication and the ability to work to a relatively tight deadline Experience working with boutique hotels, hospitality brands, venues, property businesses, wellness brands or lifestyle businesses would be particularly valuable. ### Timescale We would like to appoint a designer as soon as possible, with the final print-ready artwork required comfortably ahead of our launch events at the beginning of September 2026. When submitting your proposal, please include: * Relevant examples from your portfolio * Your proposed approach * An estimated turnaround time * Your fee for the initial project * Details of the source files and formats that will be supplied We are excited to find a designer who can help bring the Sefton Place brand to life across both this initial launch material and our wider future marketing collateral.

We have an existing platform we provide for a customer which aggregates and displays data from multiple systems in an easy to read format for their uses across their company, plus other stakeholders. The customer is a commercial business operating assets across the UK. 1. We have a document upload section within the platform and need some small modifications including the ability for the system to automatically populate field of data (net total amount, date, contractor ) using some form of recognition /AI tool and also modify the existing table displayed to show the net amount field on an upper level screen (rather than a user having to drill down) 2. The systems extracts a report into a preformatted word document (extracting data based on asset, and date range based on filter selection) - currently this is for a single asset but what is needed is the ability to run this and aggregate the output data results by 'group' of assets - each asset is part of a portfolio. LearnPulse.online is an AI training and certification platform. Self-paced courses in AI and prompt engineering, AI-evaluated assessments, and verified certificates. It sells two ways: 1. Organisations license it to upskill their workforce - bulk seats under their own admin dashboard. This is where the large deals are. 2. Individuals buy course access and certification directly - professionals upskilling on their own, jobseekers wanting a credential. The project Find buyers and bring them to a close. On the organisation side that means corporates, training institutions, and government agencies - you identify prospects, make the first approach, and run the conversation through to signature. I support the demo and handle the contract once a decision-maker is engaged. On the individual side, it's volume: communities, professional groups, and channels where people are actively looking to reskill. Payment - 10% commission on everything you close. - Organisation licenses run $1,600–$7,000+ depending on seat count — roughly $160–$700 per deal, with a typical first deal landing near $280. - Individual sales are smaller but repeatable, and commission applies the same way. - Paid on receipt of the client's payment, per deal. - After 3 months of consistent activity, strong performers move to a basic monthly retainer plus retained commission. The intent is an ongoing engagement, not a one-off. - Product training, sales materials (one-pager and call scripts), and live demo access provided before your first approach. - Fully remote, your own hours. Judged on outcomes. Who I'm looking for 1. You've sold before - software, training, or services. B2B experience preferred, but if your strength is community-driven consumer sales, say so; there's room for both. 2. Comfortable with cold outreach and self-directed. You won't be chased for activity. 3. You can talk about AI at a business level. Not technical depth - an understanding of what an L&D manager actually worries about: adoption, measurable outcomes, cost against Coursera or Udemy Business. 4. Existing relationships in corporate L&D, HR, or public-sector training are a strong advantage. To apply, send a short message covering: 1. What you've sold before. 2. Who you'd approach first for this - a specific type of organisation or community, not a generic answer. 3. How you'd open that first conversation. Applications missing any of the three won't be reviewed.

UK Sales Closer Wanted - Warm Leads, Commission Based
I run a service for trades businesses - landscapers, plumbers, heating engineers, handymen, roofers and similar. I need a confident UK-based closer to convert the leads coming in. Every lead you call has already been sent a fully built website for their own business, and has already opened it and looked around. You are ringing someone who has shown clear interest and needs a conversation to get them over the line. You will know exactly what they looked at and when. WHAT YOU ARE SELLING ~£220 per month. No setup fee. No contract. Cancel any time. That covers: - Their site moved onto their own domain with real content, images and branding - Missed-call text-back, so an unanswered call becomes a text conversation instead of a lost job - Automated review requests to build up their Google profile - Reactivation campaigns to pull work out of their dormant customer list - An incentivised referral system - Ongoing updates for as long as they stay on the plan. The angle is simple: this is not just a website purchase, it is a system that catches the enquiries they are currently missing and turns past customers into repeat work. Nothing up front, no contract, cancel any time and it pays for itself on the first job it saves or recovers. COMMISSION £250 per client closed - £150 when they sign, £100 once they pass 60 days. We will start with a 30 day trial so we can both see how it goes. If it is working, we carry on and talk about better terms. THE WORK - Call leads flagged as engaged, promptly - speed matters more than volume here - Follow up by text or WhatsApp where they do not pick up - Walk owners through the site they have already been looking at and the automations it handles (GoHighLevel) - Explain the offer, handle objections, close - Run a Google Meet video call where a lead wants to see it properly or needs more convincing - Log every call outcome and next step Leads come through daily and volume is growing as I expand. (Currently 20+ per day) HOURS Trades owners are on the tools during the day, so the useful windows are early morning, around lunchtime, and late afternoon into early evening. Anything outside reasonable calling hours gets a message rather than a call. I need someone who reacts to leads during the working day rather than batching everything into one session a week. WHO I AM LOOKING FOR - Based in the UK, native English speaker - non-negotiable - Confident and relaxed on the phone, and presentable on video - Able to talk to trades owners like a person, not just read a script at them - Comfortable selling a monthly service rather than a one-off - Good with the usual objections - price, timing, too busy, already got enough work - Reliable with follow-up and consistent with notes - Happy working on commission Bonus, not required: experience with GoHighLevel, or with selling websites, SEO, lead generation or marketing services to trades businesses. TO APPLY Send a short video - one to two minutes. Purely written proposals will be ignored. In it, tell me: 1. Who you are and what you have sold before 2. What hours you can realistically make calls 3. How you would open a call to a landscaper who looked at his new website an hour ago. I mainly want to hear how you sound and how you come across, so keep it natural. Phone camera is fine.
12 days ago11 proposalsRemoteCan sketch my ideas & physically build a rough test model
I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1. Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2. Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I do not want CAD files, 3D renders, digital images, UX design, branding, or a polished prototype. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself. I am based in London and would prefer someone I can meet in person first, but I am open to discussing options. I would prefer someone based in London and or near London. I know some designers are like "any designer who is worthwhile makes cad drawings and renders". Back 200 years ago, there were no computers, yet people made things, inventions were still created. I need an 'old school' mindset because I just purely want a person who can and does make things in their home. Also, someone who has a great understanding on how things work and when things won't work. Please quote for an hourly rate, as I would like to find someone I can meet on a regular basis for various product ideas, not just x1. Also, before any work commences I would ask you to sign a simple NDA for idea protection. Thank you. **Important note: Important clarification about CAD and digital work: I am not preventing anyone from using CAD, digital modelling, computer renders or any other tools they feel are useful in producing the physical model. Use whatever methods you need or want to use behind the scenes. However, I do not want excessive time spent perfecting polished digital renders, and I do not want to be charged for hours of digital work that I have expressly said I do not require. Any digital work should be kept to the minimum in what is genuinely needed to create the physical prototype accurately. The work I am commissioning and paying for is the physical rough prototype, not a beautiful computer render. Also as I said I am not looking for perfection I am looking for a rough physical model that won't win any awards on beauty.
