Enhancing our existing BI dashboards (Document uploading)

We have an existing platform we provide for a customer which aggregates and displays data from multiple systems in an easy to read format for their uses across their company, plus other stakeholders. The customer is a commercial business operating assets across the UK.

1. We have a document upload section within the platform and need some small modifications including the ability for the system to automatically populate field of data (net total amount, date, contractor ) using some form of recognition /AI tool and also modify the existing table displayed to show the net amount field on an upper level screen (rather than a user having to drill down)

2. The systems extracts a report into a preformatted word document (extracting data based on asset, and date range based on filter selection) - currently this is for a single asset but what is needed is the ability to run this and aggregate the output data results by 'group' of assets - each asset is part of a portfolio.

The system is hosted on AWS uses an EdgeDB 5.x database, plus uses Docker/Typescript/Node.JS/Vue/tRPC / Javascript and HTML
