Technical Project Manager

Location: Montreal, Canada (Local candidates only)
Engagement Type: On-Demand Contract (No fixed duration)

Roles & Responsibilities
Provide pre-sales support by participating in client meetings and requirement discussions.
Understand client business needs and translate them into high-level project requirements.
Guide the sales team with solutioning and help drive successful deal closures.
Act as a bridge between the client and delivery teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Support Project Managers and delivery teams with project planning, timelines, status tracking, and risk identification.
Help the team understand client expectations, priorities, and business mindset.
Participate in onsite client meetings across Montreal (and occasionally the US/Canada) as required.
Provide project coordination and stakeholder management throughout the engagement.
Required Skills & Experience
Fluent in French and English (mandatory).
Based in Montreal and willing to travel to client locations on short notice.
Prior experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Program Manager, Product Manager, or similar customer-facing role.
Strong requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Good understanding of software development projects and project lifecycle.
Ability to work independently on an on-demand basis.
Engagement Details
On-demand contractor role with no fixed contract duration.
Candidates should be available to support projects whenever engagement is required.
Travel to client locations is expected as part of the engagement
