I need a brochure created

Update: Thank you to everyone who has already applied. I’ve decided to simplify the project.

I’m now looking for a talented graphic designer to create a premium double-sided A4 brochure/flyer for my business, FreshFix Cleaning Services Ltd, rather than a tri-fold brochure.

The brochure will be used:

* As a PDF attachment when emailing estate agents and businesses.
* As a professionally printed glossy A4 flyer for meetings, networking and marketing.

I’m not looking for a generic Canva template or something that looks obviously AI-generated. I would like a clean, modern, corporate design with plenty of white space and a premium feel.

* Editable source file (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Canva preferred)
* High-resolution files suitable for professional printing
