Product Scraper, Dutch Translation & WooCommerce Sync
I am looking for an experienced developer to build a reliable system that can automatically collect product data from an external marketplace and synchronize it with WooCommerce. The project involves approximately 13,000 products. The system should be able to: - collect product information and images; - structure the product data correctly; - translate relevant product content into Dutch; - create and update products in WooCommerce; - detect product changes; - identify products that are no longer available; - keep WooCommerce synchronized automatically on a recurring basis; - run reliably with minimal manual intervention. The source marketplace uses DataDome. I am intentionally not specifying the technical implementation. I am looking for someone who can independently assess the project and determine the most suitable and reliable solution. SELF-HOSTED SCRAPER REQUIRED The developer must build, install, and configure a custom scraper that runs automatically on my own server, including translation and recurring synchronization with my WooCommerce store. I require an operational system, not a one-time data export. The fixed price must include complete source code, server installation, configuration, documentation, and a working end-to-end system. Please specify your server requirements and disclose any paid external services, dependencies, or recurring costs. Please include in your proposal: - whether you can complete this project; - relevant experience with similar projects; - estimated delivery time; - total fixed price for development; - any expected ongoing or monthly operational costs. I am mainly interested in receiving a clear technical assessment and a realistic price. Please avoid generic proposals. Experience with large-scale product data extraction, automation and WooCommerce integrations is preferred. The listed budget is indicative. Please provide your realistic fixed-price quote for the complete project.

Convert thephysio
Hi - I need to convert www.thephysio.com to WIX (no other system wanted ie WP) - Its not a big site and should translate easiliy to WIX. The conversion must be responsive and also be improved in terms of SEO and accessibility, with SEO meta data added as well as necessary accessibility. The site should look and act the same or as close as. I will check for redundant pages before start and we should end up with a default template page to future proof the site as well. A login to WIX will be provided. This is not intended as a completely new visual identity. We want the Wix version to retain the appearance and character of the existing website,, improving mobile presentation and making it straightforward for a non-technical owner to maintain. You may use an appropriate Wix template as a starting point or recreate the design using a blank Wix template. Wed prefer the standard Wix Editor rather than an unnecessarily complex Wix Studio build. Many thanks S

We're looking for a freelancer based in ISRAEL — a native Hebrew speaker currently living in Israel — to review our full website funnel from the perspective of a local customer. BUDGET: $60–120 depending on experience and depth. Quote your price in your proposal. This is NOT just a translation check. Our site is underperforming in the Israeli market and we want to know why, from a real local customer's point of view. WHAT YOU'LL DO — go through the full funnel (landing page to checkout) and tell us: - Do the translations sound natural and native, not just technically correct? - Does anything feel strange, confusing, too "Western," or uncommon in Israel? - Does the overall process and flow make sense for local customers? - Would Israeli customers expect different trust badges, payment-related information, guarantees, reviews, wording, icons, or other reassurance elements? - Are there cultural habits or preferences we may be missing? - What should be added, removed, rewritten, or presented differently? - Does the checkout feel trustworthy and easy to understand? - Could any wording reduce trust or make someone hesitate before purchasing? IMPORTANT — COMPETITOR COMPARISON: Please also compare our funnel with local competitors or other successful Israeli websites: how they present their offer, checkout, trust elements, wording, guarantees, payment information, reviews, badges, etc. Whenever you recommend a change, explain WHY and, when possible, give real examples from local websites — e.g. "This type of badge is commonly used on Israeli websites because customers here expect to see X before purchasing." This helps us tell true cultural/local expectations apart from personal preference. PLEASE DO NOT USE AI to perform the review or generate the feedback. We have already done extensive AI-based checks. What we are paying for now is a real human, native perspective: what feels natural to you, what you personally trust, what looks unusual, and what local websites actually do. Bottom line — look at it as a potential customer in Israel: "Would this feel normal to me? Would I trust it? Would I buy from this website? If not, why?" Feel free to be very critical and point out even small details. TIMELINE: This is urgent — delivery within 12–24 hours of starting, max. The website URL will be shared with the hired freelancer. If the work is done carefully and includes useful explanations and examples, we'll be very happy to leave an excellent review.

We are YXA, a UK-based premium skincare and wellness brand built around science, innovation and performance. We are looking for a freelance Commercial Filmmaker to create 30–60 second cinematic mini-films, with potential for ongoing collaboration. Gymshark’s cinematic campaigns are a key creative benchmark for us. We admire how they turn products and brand ideas into powerful, human-led stories through transformation, emotion, aspiration, dramatic cinematography, sound, VFX and visual world-building. We want someone who can translate this level of creative thinking and cinematic storytelling into premium skincare — not copy Gymshark, but bring that filmmaking philosophy into a beauty and science context in a way that feels uniquely YXA. We want the person, skin and transformation to be the hero, with the product and science integrated creatively into the story. You should have: A strong skincare/beauty commercial portfolio Commercial filmmaking & creative direction experience Strong conceptual thinking and storytelling Experience filming/directing people, faces and skin High-end cinematography Treatment/storyboard development VFX/CGI understanding where appropriate Strong editing, pacing, colour and sound Ability to take a project from brief → concept → production → post → final film PORTFOLIO MANDATORY: Please send your 3 strongest skincare/beauty commercial films. For each, tell us your exact role and briefly explain the brief, creative concept, your thinking behind the direction, and how you developed it into the final film. Please also briefly answer: 1. After reviewing Gymshark’s cinematic campaigns, how would you translate this style of storytelling into premium skincare? 2. If we gave you a new premium, science-led skincare product, how would you approach creating its campaign film from scratch? Please note: Applications will only be considered if you provide the requested skincare/beauty portfolio and answer both questions above. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

22 days ago2 proposalsRemoteKoboToolbox / XLSForm Specialist Needed — Fast 5-Day Build
I am looking for an experienced KoboToolbox/XLSForm specialist to convert existing Word/Excel research instruments into functional, field-ready digital data-collection tools. The questionnaires and research instruments have already been developed, so this is primarily a technical XLSForm/Kobo build rather than questionnaire design. The successful freelancer will need to understand the structure of the instruments, translate them accurately into KoboToolbox, implement the required logic and calculations, and test the forms before deployment. Tools to be developed The assignment includes: Household baseline questionnaire — the main and most complex instrument, including household-member repeat groups, livelihoods/income activities, businesses, fuel/energy records, calculations, relevant scoring and derived indicators. Group/table-banking verification form. Structured observation checklist. Structured KII/market data-collection form. KII/FGD session metadata/summary form. Technical requirements The forms will require appropriate use of: Skip/relevance logic and conditional sections. Repeat groups. Calculations and derived variables. Income/expenditure and energy-related totals. Validation and constraints. Required fields. Choice lists and appropriate question types. Metadata fields such as date/time, enumerator and location where applicable. Clean variable naming and logical form organisation. WHO-5 or other agreed scoring calculations where specified in the questionnaire. The freelancer should preserve the approved research questions and indicator definitions. Where a technical issue or possible simplification is identified, it should be flagged for discussion rather than changing the research design independently. Testing The completed forms should be uploaded to a test KoboToolbox project and checked for: Skip/relevance errors. Calculation errors. Repeat-group functionality. Validation/constraint issues. Basic enumerator usability. Offline functionality where applicable. One reasonable round of corrections will be required after my review. Deliverables The successful freelancer will provide: Fully functional KoboToolbox forms/project. Editable XLSForm .xlsx source files for each tool. Brief notes explaining important calculations or logic. Basic guidance for enumerators/data managers where necessary. Timeline and budget Fixed budget: USD 150 Maximum turnaround: 5 days. Quick turnaround is preferred. Applicants who can start immediately or within 24 hours are particularly encouraged to apply. Who I am looking for I need someone who has actually built multi-module Kobo/XLSForm instruments, rather than someone whose experience is limited to creating simple questionnaires. Please include 2 examples of comparable Kobo/ODK/XLSForm work, your earliest availability, and how quickly you can complete the assignment. The questionnaire and project information are confidential. The selected freelancer will be required to sign a simple NDA before receiving the complete confidential materials and KoboToolbox access.
a day ago17 proposalsRemoteGEO / AEO Specialist Needed for FMCG Brand Pilot
Please note: start your reply with 'GEO' or I will not look at your application, thank you. Hi there, I’m looking for an experienced GEO / AEO / AI Search specialist to support me on a potential project for a major FMCG/drinks brand. I lead the strategy and insight side of the work. I already have a strong understanding of the consumer journey, AI querying, social listening and the questions consumers are asking. I’m now looking for a specialist who can help turn that strategic work into technically sound GEO execution. This is not a traditional SEO brief with GEO terminology added on top. I’m looking for someone who understands how brands can improve their visibility and likelihood of being referenced, cited or recommended within AI-driven search environments such as ChatGPT, Google AI Mode / Gemini and similar platforms. The initial work is likely to focus on a small pilot around one brand and one clearly defined consumer territory, rather than a full website transformation. For example, I may already have identified: the priority consumer occasion the questions people are asking relevant products / SKUs the language, barriers and decision cues consumers use existing brand and category evidence I would then want to work with you to translate that into the appropriate GEO execution. The kind of support I may need This could include: Auditing the existing website from a GEO / AEO perspective Reviewing crawlability, indexability, robots.txt and AI crawler access Assessing technical SEO foundations before GEO work begins Reviewing site architecture and internal linking Assessing structured data / schema opportunities Establishing a baseline for AI visibility, citations and brand appearances Helping define the priority prompt / question set we should monitor Recommending changes to existing product and content pages Structuring content so that answers are clear, contextual and easy for AI systems to retrieve Advising on FAQ / Q&A architecture Identifying opportunities for recipe, occasion, comparison or educational content Helping connect questions to the most appropriate product / SKU rather than forcing brand relevance Advising on retailer / PDP content where appropriate Identifying external citation / authority opportunities Monitoring how AI visibility changes following implementation Re-testing prompts and adapting the approach based on results I’m particularly interested in someone who understands that SEO fundamentals come first, then GEO adds context, answer structure, corroboration and ongoing testing. I also want someone who understands that AI results are fluid. We are not looking for a one-off “ranking report”; the aim is to establish a baseline and then monitor how visibility, mentions and citations develop. The ideal person You should have practical experience with some or all of: Generative Engine Optimisation / GEO Answer Engine Optimisation / AEO Technical SEO Structured data / schema AI search visibility monitoring ChatGPT search Google AI Overviews / AI Mode Gemini Perplexity or other AI answer engines Prompt-set monitoring / citation tracking Content architecture for AI retrieval Entity / brand authority signals Digital PR / third-party citation strategy Experience in FMCG, retail, food, drink or eCommerce would be particularly useful, but it is not essential if your GEO experience is strong. Important I am not looking to hand over the strategic project. I would remain the strategic lead and own the consumer insight, query research, commercial territory and overall client relationship. I’m looking for somebody who can become the technical / execution specialist alongside me, challenge my thinking where appropriate and make sure what we recommend is technically credible and implementable. There may be opportunities for ongoing work if the initial pilot progresses. You should also be comfortable working collaboratively and potentially joining occasional client conversations as the specialist if required. When responding, please answer these questions: 1. Please give me one specific example of a GEO / AEO project you have worked on. What did you actually change? 2. How did you establish whether the work had improved AI visibility? What did you measure? 3. If I gave you a product page and 30 priority consumer questions, what would your process be? 4. What is the relationship between technical SEO and GEO in your view? 5. Which AI platforms or tools do you currently use to monitor citations, mentions or visibility? 6. Have you worked with structured data / schema as part of GEO or AEO work? 7. What do you believe brands most commonly misunderstand about GEO? 8. Please share your day rate or indicative cost for an initial audit/pilot. I’m more interested in real examples and practical methodology than sales language. Thanks, Tina

We are looking for a commercial, action-oriented, practical-minded Product Development Specialist to drive product creation and range planning from our extensive database of proprietary card and gift designs. You should have experience in paper and gift creation down to the actual knowledge of printing and production. Your primary mission will be to turn our creative assets into market-ready product collections for our e-commerce websites, as well as curate distinct product lines tailored for a service-based motivational range. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical or digital product development, e-commerce range building, creative asset management, and streamlining design-to-market pipelines. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables Range Planning & Curation: Review our extensive design database to curate targeted, commercially viable product collections for our greeting card, gift, and motivational product offerings. What key steps do you follow when organising a large volume of creative assets into sellable ranges? This is an extended position under an agreed job rate.
18 days ago45 proposalsRemoteContinuing Education Course Approval & Compliance Coordinator
Location: Remote Must be a native English speaker from an English speaking country. Task based About the Role We operate continuing education platforms serving licensees across multiple states. We're expanding into new states (Illinois, and others) and need someone to own the entire course-approval lifecycle — from identifying what we need to offer, through getting it approved by the state licensing board, building the actual course, and keeping it compliant and renewed year after year. This is an end-to-end ownership role. You will be the single point of accountability for each state and each course offering: A to Z. What You'll Own Regulatory research Research each target state's CE requirements: required topics, mandatory hour breakdowns, course categories (e.g., core/mandatory vs. elective), instructor and provider qualifications, and approval pathways. Track the specific rules of each licensing board (e.g., Illinois, and other state real estate commissions) and translate them into a concrete plan for what we need to submit. Application & approval Complete and assemble provider and course approval applications for each state, including all supporting documentation (course outlines, timed agendas, learning objectives, assessments, instructor credentials, certificates of completion samples). Submit applications, pay/track fees, and manage the back-and-forth with board reviewers — responding to deficiency notices and revision requests until approval is granted. Course development Develop the actual course content we'll offer for each approved topic — outlines, slides, written materials, quizzes/exams, and answer keys — built to satisfy the board's requirements and our platform's format. Coordinate with subject-matter experts, writers, or AI-assisted content tools as needed. Compliance & renewal Maintain a master calendar of approval expiration dates and renewal deadlines across all states and courses. File renewals on time, update content when regulations change, and keep all course materials and records audit-ready. Monitor regulatory changes in active states and flag anything that affects existing offerings. What Success Looks Like New state offerings go from "we want to enter Illinois" to "approved and live" without items falling through the cracks. No course ever lapses due to a missed renewal. Applications come back approved with minimal deficiency cycles because submissions are thorough the first time. Qualifications Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable owning many parallel deadlines across different jurisdictions. Excellent written communication — you'll be drafting applications, course materials, and formal correspondence with state agencies. Detail-oriented and comfortable reading and interpreting administrative regulations and statutes. Self-directed; able to run a process end-to-end with minimal hand-holding. Nice to have Prior experience with continuing education, professional licensing, accreditation, or regulatory submissions (real estate, insurance, nursing, etc.). Instructional design or course development background.
23 days ago15 proposalsRemoteFinalize Flutter Media App Part-Time Flutter/Node Developer
Global Kirtan App (GKA) is a non-denominational platform for kirtan, sacred sound, and bhakti practice, built for a global audience spanning devotional practitioners, yoga communities, sound healers, and spiritual-but-not-religious users. It's a freemium mobile app combining regular practices, audio/video streaming, a lyrics library with translations, tutorials, event discovery (map + calendar), facilitator and community profiles, and an instrument shop. This isn't a from-scratch build. A working Flutter app already exists with a live backend, and it's been through an independent technical audit — we know its real strengths and its real problems. We're looking for a developer to pick it up from here. The Role This is deliberately not a full-time position, and we can't offer at this time. What we're looking for instead is someone willing to become our standing point of contact for this codebase — available reliably when work comes in, understanding upfront that hours will vary month to month and neither side is committing to fixed employment. If you need guaranteed steady hours, this probably isn't the right fit; if you're comfortable with an ongoing, flexible working relationship and want to be the person who knows this app inside out over time, it might be exactly right. There's no guarantee here — but a developer who proves reliable and becomes a genuine fit for this project would be our first call for full-time or expanded part-time work, once we're actually in a position to offer it. First phase — roughly 20 hours: • Fix the known issues from our existing audit. • Begin work on a new Practice tool — a planned addition to the app's core navigation. Full specification shared once we've agreed terms. After that — ongoing, unpredictable: • Common maintenance tasks • Bug fixes, small feature additions, dependency and security updates, as they come up • Some months will be quiet, others busier — we're looking for someone who can flex with that rather than needing a fixed retainer Compensation Compensation is set at Indian developer market rates. Whether we structure it as hourly or fixed-per-requirement will be decided together based on what makes sense for each piece of work — we're open to either. Confirmed Tech Stack Mobile app (Flutter/Dart): flutter_riverpod (state management), go_router (navigation), dio (networking), just_audio + audio_service (media playback and session handling), youtube_player_iframe (embedded video), flutter_map, flutter_secure_storage (encrypted credential storage). Release builds use R8 obfuscation and are properly signed. Backend (as specified): Node.js + TypeScript modular monolith, PostgreSQL, versioned REST API (/api/v1/), JWT-based authentication. What We Need From You • Real, demonstrable Flutter/Dart experience — ideally including audio or media-heavy apps • Comfort inheriting and working inside an existing codebase, not just building greenfield • Honest communication about your own actual availability — we'd much rather hear "I can only do a few hours some months" upfront than have someone overcommit and go quiet later • A genuine interest in an ongoing relationship with this project, not a single ticket — we're picking a person to grow with the app, not just closing a task • Comfortable working respectfully with devotional and sacred content across multiple traditions • Willingness to sign an NDA and assign IP (Intellectual Property) ownership of delivered work to us How We'll Work • Full Git repository access, normal commit/PR discipline • We'll share our existing independent technical audit with serious applicants (under NDA) so you know exactly what you're inheriting before committing to anything • Payment structure and rate agreed in writing before the first task begins To Apply, Please Share 1. Flutter/mobile projects you've built or maintained, especially anything involving audio/media playback 2. Your honest, realistic read on your own availability over the next 6–12 months 3. Any experience picking up and maintaining someone else's existing codebase (not just building your own)

Graphic Designer - Rave Experience We are looking for a UK-based graphic designer to develop the visual language for a new immersive experience exploring the story, culture and legacy of rave. The project brings together artists working across film, animation, dance, music, sound and immersive technology. We are now looking for a designer who can create a strong and distinctive visual identity for the public-facing side of the experience. We want something that understands and acknowledges the incredible visual culture that surrounded rave, but doesn't simply recreate the past. The Commission Working collaboratively with our creative team, the designer will develop the visual identity for the project and create: 5 social media designs for Instagram and Facebook to promote the experience A 4-page website design skin/reference which our team will use to build the website An A4 show poster A venue sign which clearly identifies where the experience is taking place We also want the commission to leave us with a simple visual reference that allows our team to sustain and develop the identity beyond the initial commission. This should include: Primary brand colour Supporting and accent colours, including HEX/RGB references Primary typeface/font Supporting or accent typeface Guidance on how colour and typography should work together Any core graphic devices, treatments or visual rules developed for the project What We're Looking For Rave had a visual culture as well as a musical one - flyers, typography, DIY graphics, photocopying, fluorescent colour, club identities, record sleeves, protest graphics and underground publishing. We want a designer who understands that history and can respond to it creatively. But we don't want a pastiche of 1989. Our experience looks at the story of rave culture and its legacy. The visual identity therefore needs to reference where the movement came from while feeling exciting, contemporary and relevant to audiences today. We're particularly interested in designers with a strong individual visual style who are comfortable collaborating with artists working across different disciplines. How to Apply Please send us: A link to your portfolio or examples of relevant work A short introduction to you and your practice Your availability for the project A short response of no more than 150 words answering: How would you create a visual language for rave culture that acknowledges its history without simply reproducing rave nostalgia? We're particularly interested in how you might take the energy, experimentation and DIY spirit of rave and translate that into a visual identity for a contemporary immersive experience and a new generation of audiences. We are not asking for finished concepts or speculative design work as part of your application. We want to understand how you think.
