Design Mountain Resort Master Plan & 3D Visualization

Hi and thank you for your interest. I am supporting a company in developing preliminary master plan concepts for a new mountain resort. The land size is 207 thousand square meters with different terrain and elevations. I need someone to create a 3D conceptual master plan for the project along with 2-minute animation video based on my instructions. I will provide the selected freelancer with Autocad file of the project land, google earth files, as well as Pinterest images of the types of mountain lodges and other elements I want to include in the project, which are as follows: 1. Six different types of modern small mountain lodges (attached are three samples of required designs). The total number of lots and lodges to be shown in the resort master plan shall be approximately 270. The size of each lot shall range between 400 and 600 sqm. The master plan shall show lines indicating the division of lots. Further, the master plan shall show the location of the proposed mountain lodge on each resort along with the suggested location of a second mountain lodge on the same lot (in case the buyer of that lot later wishes to have a second lodge within his lot). 2. Two Small mosques with different modern designs 3. A classroom (3 classroom structures with the same design shall be included in the master plan) 4. Each version will include different details and from different angles (to be explained after project award). 3. 15 or more 3D rendering images (high resolution) of different scenes from the project. 4. A 2-minute high-resolution 3D animation video showing the entire project from above and from near ground level for the entire resort using a resolution of 1280x720 (HD). 5. Hi, We're currently bidding for a project and are looking for someone with an architectural background—or at least experience in design and spatial layout—to support us with a visual proposal. We have existing floorplans of the building and need them to be recreated and adapted to illustrate how the space could potentially be used. These drawings don’t need to be technical or to exact scale, but they do need to look realistic and proportionate (e.g., furniture should be shown at relative, believable sizes). The goal is to communicate layout concepts clearly and visually. Here’s what we’re looking to show: Top floor: Office-style use, including private offices, hot desks, meeting rooms, and an auditorium.
