AI Video Creator Needed–Property/Planning Promo Videos (UK & Ire

Hi,

We are looking for someone to create 3 short AI-style promotional videos for our planning and architectural consultancy.

The videos will mainly be used for Facebook and Instagram advertising and should feel modern, clean, professional and eye-catching.

We are looking for 3 separate videos:

London / UK market
Focus on:
Extensions
Loft conversions
Adding space to existing homes
Planning applications / permitted development
Dublin market
Focus on:
Rear extensions
Garden rooms
Ancillary accommodation
Family space / work-from-home space
Dundalk / Drogheda market
Similar to the Dublin version, but slightly more local and community-focused.

For the Dublin and Dundalk/Drogheda versions, it would also be good to subtly reference that we work on larger development schemes and apartment projects, alongside residential homeowner projects.

We also advise on development potential and adding value to land and property, so the overall feel should reflect experience across both residential and development sectors — while still remaining relatable to homeowners.

The videos should focus on realistic homeowner upgrades and transformations rather than full rebuilds or luxury mansions.

We are planners first and foremost, but offer a full one-stop service including:

Measured surveys
Design & planning drawings
Planning applications
Submission & council liaison
