We are looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build the MVP version of a modern mobile-first web platform focused on community reporting, public awareness, and social engagement.

The platform combines:

Structured user-generated reports Short-form media capture Community interaction Reputation-based visibility Social sharing Moderation systems

The goal is to create a fast, scalable, and visually modern platform that allows users to submit incidents, interact with community-driven content, and engage through a dynamic feed-based experience.

This project should feel more like a modern social platform than a traditional website.

The feed should feel modern, interactive, and social-media inspired.

Users should be able to:

Visibility should be influenced by engagement activity.

Profiles should display:
