Full-Stack Software Engineer

We are currently expanding our development team. Three developers have already been hired:
- Heshbon Magata
- Raj Singh
- Neha

We are now looking to bring in additional experienced software developers who can contribute not only through strong technical execution but also through effective client-facing communication.

This position requires someone who is comfortable working directly with clients in meetings, interviews, and technical discussions, and who can confidently present and explain technical solutions in a clear and professional manner.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate is a well-rounded software engineer who combines hands-on development expertise with strong communication and presentation skills. You will be expected to participate in discussions with clients, articulate architectural decisions, and represent ongoing technical work in a clear and structured way.

What We Expect:
• Minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong command of spoken and written English
• Ability to confidently handle client interviews and live discussions
• Experience explaining system design, architecture, and implementation approaches
• Solid background in modern web, backend, or mobile development stacks
• Comfortable working in video-based meetings with clients
• Professional behavior, responsiveness, and consistent availability for communication
