I’m looking for an experienced content creator who can take the video and image assets we provide and turn them into engaging content for Instagram, Facebook reels and stories. This is posted as a one-off project to start with, but for the right person, there will be ongoing, regular work. The project will be paid on a per-piece basis. You’ll work in CapCut using our account. For every piece of content we provide, your job is to maximise its output. That could mean creating a main reel, shorter snippets for stories, alternative cuts for different platforms, and variations with different hooks or captions so we can see what performs best. One piece of footage should never equal just one edit. You need to be confident editing raw footage in CapCut, adding captions, music and on-screen text, and building each edit around a strong hook that captures attention in the first few seconds. You should understand current social trends and formats, and know how to adapt content natively for IG. To be a good fit, you’ll have proven short-form editing experience, a strong sense of pacing and storytelling, and an eye for clean, engaging visuals.
