This is a fixed-price project ($90) focused on Canva template creation and page formatting only. All written content will be provided. This project does not include content writing, branding strategy, marketing, or Etsy SEO.

Scope of Work

Templates (5 total):
• 1 journal interior master template (8.5 x 11)
• 1 affirmation / quote card template (5 x 7)
• 1 product cover template
• 1 Etsy listing mockup template (visual mockup only)
1 Thank you / instructions page

Formatted Pages (5 total):
• 5 completed journal pages created using the master journal template
• Content will be provided
• Consistent spacing, clean layout, minimal design

Total Deliverables:
• 5 Canva templates
• 5 formatted journal pages
(10 total items)

Style Requirements
• Calm, minimal, soft, faith-centered
• Neutral, soothing colors
• Plenty of white space
• Easy to duplicate for future products

Deliverables
• Editable Canva links for all templates
• Exported PDF files for all completed pages
• Two revision round included if needed

Ideal Candidate
• Strong Canva experience
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable following clear instructions
• Experience with digital printables is a plus

Please confirm your Canva experience and estimated time to complete this scope within the $90 budget . I am seeking a Virtual Assistant with strong Canva skills to create reusable templates for my faith-centered wellness brand, Hope Avenue. This project is focused on template setup only, not strategy or content writing.

Scope of Work (Month 1 Only):
Create the following editable Canva templates using content I will provide:
1. Journal interior page (8.5x11) - 5 formatted pages.
2. Affirmation / quote card (5x7)
3. Product cover template
4. Etsy listing mockup template
5. Thank you / instructions page

Style Requirements:
Calm, soft, minimal, faith-centered, clean layout.
Easy to duplicate for future products.

• One sample exported PDF per template

What This Project Does NOT Include:
• No content writing
• No strategy or branding decisions
• No Etsy SEO or product ideation
• No social media writing
