The Role:
We’re looking for a Social Media Expert who can design and execute an organic lead generation strategy across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). You must understand how to convert views and engagement into real leads and communicate your strategy clearly.
Responsibilities:
Audit our current social media pages and identify growth opportunities.
Create a lead-generation content plan tailored to the insurance and retirement niche.
Produce or coordinate posts, reels, and stories with strong hooks, educational value, and emotional connection.
Develop an organic engagement strategy (hashtags, collaborations, comments, captions).
Provide weekly reports on reach, engagement, and lead conversion.
Communicate timelines, deliverables, and expected results clearly.
Requirements:
Proven success generating organic leads (not paid ads).
Deep understanding of platform algorithms and audience behavior.
Strong content strategy, storytelling, and design skills.
Excellent English writing and communication skills.
Experience in the financial, insurance, or service-based industries preferred.
