LinkedIn Thought Leadership for AI & SME Leadership

I am building a personal leadership coaching and advisory business with a strong focus on practical AI adoption for SMEs. I am seeking an experienced individual to own and manage my LinkedIn thought leadership on a long-term basis.

You will create and post content on my behalf, building authority at the intersection of AI, leadership, and business performance.

Scope of Work
• Write and publish LinkedIn posts (2–4 per week)
• Write LinkedIn articles (2–4 per month)
• Fact-led leadership commentary covering:
• Practical AI use cases in business
• AI-enabled processes, communications, and operations
• Leadership and change management in AI adoption
• SME-focused insights

Responsibilities
• Capture and maintain my personal voice (credible, commercial, human)
• Produce clear, concise, research-driven content
• Proactively suggest themes and angles
• Grow a relevant audience of founders and senior leaders
• Provide monthly impact and engagement reports

Collaboration
• Strong verbal communication is essential
• Weekly update call/video to align on content, insight, and direction
• Ability to turn discussions, notes, or ideas into polished content

Engagement
• Long-term collaboration
• Initial 4–6 week trial, then ongoing monthly work
• Ownership of the leadership commentary stream

Ideal Experience
• Proven LinkedIn thought leadership or personal brand work
• Clear understanding of AI in a business context
• Experience with leadership, SMEs, or advisory audiences
• Excellent written and verbal English
