Weebly Website - Video on Mobile Version to Play

I need a website developer who specialises in Weebly websites. The header video (MP4 that loops) functions fine on the home page of a desktop website, but not the mobile version. The template is responsive. Have tested Safari and Chrome browsers, the video does not play on the mobile version. On the mobile version it just places an image (screenshot of the video). Rendering steel structure models from IFC files

I'm a Steel Detailer based in the UK who works with the software Tekla Structures. I'm looking for someone who could provide a couple of high quality snapshots from some of my models, but rendered. Tekla is a very powerful software to produce steel structures, but very very limited in terms of presentation, and I haven't been able to find a secondary software able to use the files I can export from it (.ifc) - the purpose is to use some of these photos for my new website, so initially would need some key images to build the website itself, and if it works well there will be a continuous colab to keep updating the gallery. After receiving my first screen-printed sample from the manufacturer, I noticed that many of the outlines printed with jagged, stepped and uneven edges rather than the smooth lines and curves intended in the original design (please see the attached sample photos). I believe this may be because the artwork is raster-based, so I need it professionally refined into clean, production-ready vector artwork suitable for high-quality screen printing. The existing artwork should be used. The finished result must be visually identical to the original design and all jagged or stepped outlines have been refined into perfectly smooth, clean lines. You may use Adobe Illustrator’s Image Trace as part of your workflow if appropriate, provided the final artwork is professionally refined and the finished vector contains perfectly smooth, clean lines suitable for high-quality screen printing. Deliverables required: Adobe Illustrator (.AI) – editable master file EPS PDF SVG The pantone colour must be preserved, and the finished artwork must be visually identical to the original design, while being fully scalable for professional screen printing.
