EdNest is an educational platform preparing for launch, and we’re looking for a reliable WordPress specialist to carry out a full technical health check and set up a secure backup system. The goal is to ensure the site is stable, optimised, and fully protected before going live.
What We Need:
A thorough review of the entire website structure, including WordPress, TutorLMS, MemberPress, plugins, hosting setup, and performance. You will identify issues, optimise the site, and implement a professional automated backup solution.
Tasks Include:
• Full technical audit of the WordPress site
• Review TutorLMS course structure and plugin stability
• Check MemberPress configuration and subscription logic
• Identify errors, conflicts, or performance issues
• Improve speed, caching, and security
• Set up automated daily backups + off‑site storage
• Provide a clear report of findings
• Implement approved fixes safely
Requirements:
• Strong experience with WordPress technical audits
• Knowledge of TutorLMS and MemberPress
• Experience setting up secure backup systems (UpdraftPlus, JetBackup, hosting‑level backups)
• Understanding of plugin conflicts and optimisation
• Careful, trustworthy, and clear communication
Nice to Have:
• Security hardening
• Staging environment setup
• Hosting configuration experience
• Background in educational platforms

1. Which hosting provider are you using (SiteGround, Cloudways, Hostinger, etc.)?
2. Do you already have a staging environment, or should we create one before making changes?
3. Approximately how many active plugins are installed?
Are there any existing issues or error messages you'd like us to investigate alongside the health check?
4. Do you already have a preferred backup destination (Google Drive, Dropbox, Amazon S3, etc.), or would you like us to recommend one?
