I need help with creating a script within Virtual DJ using the built in VDJscripts to do the following. 1 I need to be able to turn the script on and off using a custom button 2 I am using the "Ask the DJ" section of virtual DJ which allows customers to request songs, these populate in the Ask the DJ folder, I need the script to scan this folder and select the first song and search for it in my Tidal folder. (my Tidal folder is an online subscription its integral with virtual DJ and logged it ready) 3 once the song is searched in TIDAL the first song from the result is selected. 4 Since this song is basically meta data it needs to be downloaded now or after the next step 5 the song request is moved to the Auto Mix folder at the end of the current list. (possibly download here). 6 The script then needs to go back to the ask the DJ folder and remove the song it just processed. 7 the script starts again and continues until its switched off with the custom button. 8 even if the script processes all songs then it will still remain checking in the background. I don't really want to use any external scripts such as python i want to use the built in commands only. It would be a benefit if you have experience with Virtual DJ's VDJScript.
