Virtual Assistant for VFX Artist & Voice Actor

I am a freelance VFX Artist, Compositor, and aspiring Voice Actor seeking a Virtual Assistant focused on client communication on a freelance basis, Over the next month, I will be actively engaged in intensive voice acting training and may not be able to respond to clients as quickly as usual, so I need support handling incoming emails and messages from new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and responding to client messages and emails in a professional manner, acknowledging inquiries about my services, and providing basic updates or confirmations based on agreed guidance. The assistant will also flag important messages and summarize client communications so I can review and respond in detail when available. The ideal candidate should be organized, reliable, and comfortable managing communication for a creative professional.
