Colour banding fix, posterisation fix, masking for short film

Objectives * The objective of this project is to tidy-up some of the scenes in a short film. Deliverables * To remove or reduce banding in some shots. To remove or reduce posterisation in other shots. And to mask a small object in a couple of other shots. If anything else is spotted during the ‘clean-up’ then we can take a view as to whether it is distracting enough to warrant a tidy up. This may include some colour grading to match existing shots once banding issues etc have been resolved. Timescale * To begin as soon as possible. This should hopefully not be a long process, but it would be important to ‘walk through’ the video with a view to picking up on any other spurious challenges. Much of the video is fine, but when it’s not fine, it is quite noticeable - particularly (as you might imagine) on larger screens. Hopefully everything should be easily completed within a week after the ‘walkthrough’. Spec * Editing to be done in Final Cut Pro if possible. That’s not absolutely essential. However any rendered file would need to be able to be imported and also edited in Final Cut Pro. Files should be rendered in 4k, highest bit rate possible. The file to be edited has already had some grading done. It’s not pro res footage. Context * This is a short zero budget Indie Film. Music, soundscape and pro audio have yet to be added. I’d like to do that after this work is done. The film itself is mystery/spooky/metaphorical and would probably be rated as no more than PG if it were in such a classification system. N.B. Re the aforementioned ‘walkthrough’, I would really like to talk through the film (which is circa 10 mins long) whilst pointing out what is specifically required. To that end, someone based in the Central Belt of Scotland would be preferred. Not absolutely essential but I think things would be smoother, easier, more straightforward that way. VFX/CGI/3D TRANSFORMATION OF SHORT VIDEO CLIPS

Transformation of old cars, replacement of number plates, updating old mobile phone, replacing wall curtains, and erasing round tax discs from windscreens are required across short video clips. These tasks involve VFX/CGI/3D compositing techniques to achieve seamless, photorealistic results that blend naturally into the original footage. The goal is to blend all elements with artistic and technical precision so the final result looks naturally captured in camera, without any visible signs of manipulation. This project requires frame by frame compositing with expert precision to ensure the final visuals appear natural, smooth, and indistinguishable from the original shots. Technical Requirements: • Work must preserve original picture quality, RGB, grading, motion, pacing, and cinemascope frame size • Output must remain in the same 4K DPX frame format as the original source with identical frame numbering as the originals. • Deliverables must include: o 4K DPX frames with correct frame numbering same as original source o 24fps 4K UHD video clip o 24fps 2K HD video clip o 24fps MP4 clip • VFX must be error free: no jerks, juddering, floating, or flickering. Playback must be seamless on large cinema screens. Quality Expectations: • Seamless integration with original footage from multiple camera angles. • Strict adherence to frame numbering for compatibility with master folders. • Preservation of original RGB values, frame speed (24fps), and cinemascope dimensions. • Final outputs must be professional, cinematic, and ready for big screen projection. The frame numbers on your final work must be the same as they appear on the original frames in our folders, otherwise we will not be able to mix your work in the sequence. This is a straightforward project for confident VFX/CGI/3D professionals. Successful completion will lead to long term regular work. Consultation and support will be available throughout the project. I’m looking to hire a highly proactive Virtual PA / Operations and Marketing Support Assistant to work closely with me and help get my business systems, marketing, onboarding, and operational foundations properly set up and running. This role will support two businesses: TettehTechServices.com TettehTechConsultancy.com TettehTech Services is restarting and requires strong operational and marketing support to rebuild traction, generate interest, and bring leads on board. TettehTech Consultancy is a newer business and requires support in setting up core admin processes, structuring services, and identifying and pursuing bid proposal opportunities. I am extremely busy and need someone who can take ownership, work independently, use initiative, and help build momentum across both businesses. You will also liaise with potential customers, manage follow-ups professionally, and book meetings into my calendar so I can focus on consultations and delivery. Admin and Operations Support (Core Focus) You will support with setting up and automating onboarding processes, including: Creating email templates for client onboarding and subcontractor onboarding Helping finalise and structure the subcontractor onboarding pack Updating and revisiting client contracts, subcontractor contracts, and NDAs Ensuring correct clauses are in place for both clients and contractors Supporting creation and improvement of internal templates (including project-related templates where needed) Where systems allow, you will help automate onboarding and explain clearly how everything is set up. Process Mapping and Structure As the business structure evolves, you will help me create Level 2 process maps to show how projects run from start to finish. These will be used to clearly explain workflows to contractors and others involved in delivery. We will shape these together, but you should be confident documenting and structuring processes. Marketing, Social Media, and Lead Generation You will help build and execute a clear marketing approach, including: Creating a structured social media calendar Supporting marketing across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Providing strong recommendations on how to market services in the UK and internationally Automating posting and creating reusable templates for content Removing old or outdated posts where appropriate and resetting accounts with a clear direction Supporting creation of basic content (with AI support where useful) Tracking performance and producing simple, clear reporting so I can see outputs and traction You should be confident recommending what works best for each platform and adjusting based on results. Additional Support Clean up and structure Excel spreadsheets so they are clear, presentable, and easy to use Support content uploads and small updates on WordPress (content will be provided, and AI can be used to assist) Translate PDF documentation into clean UI-style layouts for website updates (UX expertise not required) Support updates to demo websites where needed Working Style, Hours, and Payment Weekly outputs are required every Friday. Each week must include clear deliverables and progress updates. Payment is made every two weeks, with a commitment of 12 hours. Weekly output is required regardless of payment cycle. This contract runs initially until the end of March and may continue on a rolling basis depending on workload and leads/customers coming through. There is potential for this role to grow into an Operations Manager position in the future, depending on business growth and demand. I’m looking for someone I can work closely with long term, but this will depend on results and workload as the businesses scale.
