I need to build Tron Energy Rental Platform

I am launching an online platform where users can rent TRON energy exclusively as buyers. The core of the job is to design and build a web-based dApp that allows a visitor to:

• See the current platform-set price for energy
• Pay in cryptocurrency (TRX or other TRC-20 tokens)
• Complete a purchase that automatically credits the energy to the wallet address provided
• Review a personal purchase-history page
• Set an optional “automatic purchase” rule that checks their wallet balance and tops it up when the threshold I define is met
• And other features would be added as the project go on

I already have the business logic and pricing model drafted; what I need is the full technical implementation—back-end, and a clean, responsive front-end that can be easily re-skinned. Familiarity with the TRON toolchain (TronWeb, TronLink wallet integration) will be benefitial.

Deliverables will be:
1. Front-end dApp with wallet connection, purchase history table, and auto-buy settings panel and etc
2. Brief deployment guide and hand-over call
